Yours is the 1st floor apartment of the main house.

Access is located on the back patio.

DO NOT GO TO THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE (Not your apartment)

Guests will have exclusive, unshared access to the entire 1st floor of the home, back patio.

Designated parking for 2 vehicles in the drive on the left side behind the first area marked guest.

We are local and just a text or phone call away should you need us. Otherwise, you will not see us during your stay.

When in Downtown Charleston we recommend using the FREE Carta Dash Shuttle to get around

Carta also has several Park n Ride sites located throughout the area

✅ TRAVEL INSURANCE ✈️ We strongly encourage our guest(s) to purchase travel insurance to protect your stay.
As a convenience, we have teamed up with Rental Guardian to offer one of the most comprehensive travel plans with a cancel for any reason option!

You will have the option to purchase up to 30 days before your stay with us.
✅ This is a self check-in home not a hotel so please keep that in mind as there is no one onsite 24/7.
✅ If issues arise please contact us ASAP and we try to resolve as quickly as possible.
✅ Guest count is the max # of guests (adult and children over 12 months) allowed on the property at all times during your entire stay. If your guest amount is understated you will be charged for entire length of your reservation per each guest over.
✅ After booking you will receive links to Reserve your Refundable Security Deposit HOLD and E-sign your Rental Agreement.
✅ Please note credit card fees can not be refunded under any circumstance including cancellations.
✅ For safety and liability reasons we use outdoor security cameras in front and backyards which may include any pool and spa areas. We use noise monitors (party squashers) inside the homes.
✅ Bugs: We get our yard and house professionally treated by a pest control company, but this is still very much the deep south. During weather changes or rain fall you may on occasion see a Palmetto bug, spider, ant or a mosquito. This isn't an indication of cleanliness but more the fact that we live under sea level :)
✅ No parking in the garage. Owner may have items stored in the garage.

House was just as described, very nice with a great backyard. Homeowners were very nice and easy to deal with. Only thing that would make it a little nicer is TVs in the bedrooms but definitely not a deal breaker! We plan on staying again when in Charleston

Relax on the creek

Lovely, relaxing spot on the creek. We picked it as friends down the road. Great patio area, hot tub in the house!! Cute eclectic style. Excellent communication, no problems at all. Hammock creek side a nice bonus!! Thank you for a relaxing stay.

Great place to stay

We visited Fort Sumter, Fort Moultrie the first day and the Yorktown and Laffey ships the next day. Spent time all over Charleston and we had easy access to wherever we wanted to go.

Beautiful and cozy 2 bedroom apt. Located on a channel with a private dock. Very nice indoor hot tub. Apt was very clean. Included Samsung tv in the living room with all streaming services available. Full kitchen. Very nice walk in shower attached to the main bedroom. Very pleasant and private stay. Recommended 10/10 with amazing prices. I will be back in the near future.

Great & Enjoyable Stay

Would definitely recommend. Home was exactly as advertised with all the amenities you need provided. The location was perfect; close to eateries, mall, and 20 mins to downtown Charleston which was an easy drive. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and parking was not an issue.

Amazing experience

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay recently at your property! The place was absolutely beautiful with a private and quiet feel and lovely decor; it was clean and peaceful. Relaxing

One word sums it up!! Relaxing! Access to two hot tubs including an indoor right in the apartment which was the best!! Hammock by the river, fishing and just that view. It was just a really great place to go and relax.

Great Anniversary Trip

My husband found this place at the last minute last May when we planned a quick wedding with just the two of us. It was the perfect place for our time away to start our married life! We loved it so much, that we came back to celebrate our 1 year Anniversary and it was just as wonderful. It is so cozy and inviting. The coffee outside near the water and indoor hot tub were great ways to start/end the days of exploring and sight-seeing. Would definitely recommend. Thank you again!

Renter beware

The property is nice. I spent a ton of time walking the neighborhood and the yard (the pic showing an outside hot tub? It's not included with your unit). I was really excited for the amenities when we weren't exploring Charleston. But the sauna had an out-of-order sign on it, and the indoor hot tub was filthy. I sent messages to our hosts about a couple things, including a light that had gone out. Never heard back, so I stopped trying. Responsiveness would've likely made this a much better experience and review.
