Located in Devils Triangle El Paso!

Let just out by saying this place was so bad I chose not to stay there and get a hotel. This person has the nerve to call this place a Luxury Suite! Haha! More like a garbage dump located in the middle of HELL. When I explained to my business associates who are from El Paso what area of town I was staying they laughed and said I was in the absolute worst part of town. When I contacted the property manager of this location he told me it was a quiet safe place. Boy did he lie! Right as I pulled in I contacted my friend to to tell him he was right a person walked up to my car and asked what I was doing there. Obviously a very shady person. I decided there was no way I was going to be safe and left. As I pulled out back on to road I noticed several homeless people who were obviously on drugs. I am told this area is called the Devils Triangle because of all the drugs, gang activity and crime! Luxury my A! If you value your well being NEVER STAY AT THIS HELL HOLE!

Hi William, I'm sorry you didn't like the area of the city, but definitely nothing in the description of the suite is false and none of the photos, including the dimensions, are incorrect. I understand your frustration and anger at Vrbo for not giving you the refund you asked for. You made good on your threat to leave a negative review of the place, completely losing objectivity by describing an area of the city and not the facilities and that it is fenced to keep apartments private from the surroundings, which are in front of the Holiday Inn. I wish you luck on your day.
