Welcome to the Surfs Up House in the heart of Gulf Shores! This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with deeded beach access directly across the street.  A private saltwater pool was added in the Spring of 2022! A unique home that sleeps 16 and will allow you to bring 2 dogs on your vacation, Surfs Up House is perfect for your next family getaway!!

When you walk into the main house, you will find an open floor plan that includes a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and provides access to the wrap around deck where you can sit and watch the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores. Slide open the doors to paradise and let in the cool breeze from the Gulf of Mexico which is directly across the street. The dining area table seats six people comfortably and the galley style kitchen is fully equipped and also has a stack washer dryer for convenience. The Master Bedroom offers a King size bed, flat screen television and access to the Gulf facing deck. The 1st guest bedroom features a king bed and wall-mounted flat screen television. You can access the 2nd guest bedroom through the 1st guest bedroom or from the shared full bath that includes an extended vanity counter and tub shower combination. The 2nd guest bedroom also features a queen bed, a wall-mounted flat screen television and a private full bathroom.

If you need more room for everyone to relax, there is an attached apartment at the back of the main home with it's own entrance .The guest apartment features a spacious open floor plan including a large living area with 2 queen size sleeper sofas, a large wall-mounted flat screen television and a selection of board games - a perfect spot for older children and teens to hangout! The dining area can seat 8 to 9 and the full kitchen contains everything you need to prepare a fresh seafood meal. The apartment features a large bedroom with 2 queen size beds, a wall-mounted flat screen television, plus a full size bathroom. It even features an additional full size washer and dryer for added convenience.

Both the main house and the guest apartment sleep 8 separately, bringing the total guests accommodated to 16, so bring the entire family and some friends!  This home rents as 1 so you will not be sharing this space with anyone. Surfs Up is the perfect entertainment spot. The location cannot be beat. It is close to downtown Gulf Shores and within walking distance of local Gulf Shores festivals like Hangout Music Fest, the Annual National Shrimp Festival and the Annual Oyster Cook-Off and Craft Beer Weekend! There is also plenty of room  to entertain at the house. There is a  large sundeck complete with loungers and outdoor seating. The charcoal grill is also a smoker so bring your best BBQ game while everyone hangs out around the outdoor living area featuring a picnic table, 2 outdoor couches, numerous chairs, and 2 double hammocks centered around a large wall-mounted outdoor flat screen television. Game Day Saturdays never looked this fun! Challenge the fam to a game of basketball, cornhole or darts during halftime.  And let's not forget about the new private saltwater pool, the perfect way to cool off after a fun day at the beach!!

There is deeded beach access through the vacant lot directly across the street, or you can venture to any of the nearby Gulf Shores public beach areas.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
