Family-friendly' is just the beginning at this fun home by the bayou - complete with an amazing private pool! Enjoy barbecues in the fresh air on the private gas grill, or cook dinners for the whole crew inside in the full kitchen with an extra-long prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar for four. The private washer/dryer will take care of the towels, and central air conditioning will keep everyone cool and comfortable. Enjoy a view of the clear skies from the furnished deck (perfect for enjoying drinks or dinner al fresco). Just don't forget to turn on the outside lights!

Bedrooms at this home are all down one hallway, just past the home's private washer/dryer. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan for customized comfort. The first bedroom features fun turtle-themed art, and the second bedroom just across the hall continues the theme in the en suite half bathroom. The third bedroom is down the hall to the right - this is a fun bunk room with an Xbox One installed for gaming nights. The fourth and final bedroom is across the hall, with a two-window view and an en suite bathroom (with a shower/tub combination) for guests to enjoy.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
