Excellent location, very walkable to restaurants and attractions. Unit very clean and welcoming, felt safe and at peace. Host was excellent in communication and very responsive to all inquiries. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for comfortable accommodations in the area.

I had an awesome stay at this place 2 bedroom apartment one room had double beds which was great, it’s located near all professionals activities in the heart of New Kingston! you’re 15 minutes to crossroads, 20 -25 minutes to the national stadium, halfway tree, Garden House etc:The area is safe and quiet.The place was clean updated with amenities, stove, refrigerator, living area, dining area,the beds was very comfortable and inviting, you have to have access to get in a gate man is there to assist you if needed I was surprised with all the welcome goodies and refreshments store in the refrigerator free for us.The host Mr Mikhail was pleasant and easy to communicate with he made sure if I needed anything he would provide it in a timely manner.My only issue is there was some construction work on the site during the day which was a little annoying I wish that would’ve noted in the add when booking!But apart from that I would recommend this place to anyone, and will book this place again.Thanks Mr Mikhail Francis for having us i really appreciate.

Great stay

This location was near everything I wanted to be near, grocery, park, restaurants. It was very clean, and the owner was easily available when needed. I will book again when I want to stay in anew Kingston.

Stay A While I really wanted to "stay longer", not just "...for a while". So in fact, I've extended my stay in Jamaica and booked two other stays for March. The condo is conveniently located,clean, well appointed and extremely comfortable. In addition to an unmatched pricepoint throughout new Kingston, the property provides a luxurious ambiance and a feeling of home away from home.

Conveniently located, clean and well maintained.

All the reviews we read before choosing this VRBO were spot on. There were no surprises We enjoyed our relaxing evenings in this property and felt safe. The only tip to share with other travellers with GPS - the direction was off . Upon our late night arrival, we were led to a different location on Haining. We contacted Mikhail after midnight and he responded immediately with directions . Follow the one provided by Mikhail
