The updated kitchen has appliances, an abundance of cabinetry & center island. A nicely enclosed front porch to enjoy & useful back foyer. Upper level features two nice-sized bedrooms & an oversized full bathroom



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire house. The garage is NOT accessible unless you are staying longer than 1 month.



The Neighborhood:

Well established quiet neighborhood. You can walk to downtown in about 15 minutes (or drive there in 3-5) and enjoy a number of great restaurants, bars, shops, and a fantastic performing arts center. Lawrence University is also close, being just at the edge of downtown.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are always available, and the city is easy to navigate by car.
