About this home - Cozy, Spacious and super clean Basement with an en suite Full Private Bathroom!
The Neighborhood - We live in a friendly, safe & quiet neighborhood!
The Space - Clean & very spacious with an en suite Full private Bathroom. Well Lit huge room furnished with Queen sized bed, 3 Drawer Dresser, Garment rack, Sofa, Coffee Table, Work Table & Chair. Free Parking & Internet!
15 mins from Toronto Pearson International Airport. Walking distance to Financial Drive & Mississauga Road. Close to all major Highways, University of Toronto Mississauga, Heartland & Square one Mall. A minute walk to Bus stop & 5 mins to GO station.

Local attractions within 20 mins: Waterpark, Snowboarding, Skiing, Ice-skating, Fishing, Hiking, Swimming, Golf, Basketball, Cycling, Waterparks, Zoo, Sledding & Wildlife Viewing!!!!

This Suite can sleep 3 - So it has a Queen size bed which sleeps 2 and a couch which can sleep 1. There's an extra charge of $15 per guest if more than 2 guests.

Please note that the kitchen is not available. However there are a lot of eating joints including Coffee shops nearby. Also, there are a lot of home delivery for food services available, priced reasonably. Since kitchen is not available, washing of dishes etc. are not allowed. There will be extra charges per day in case if there is any usage of Electric appliances (kitchen) etc.
Please DO NOT move around the furniture at the property.
There is a Laundromat few minutes away from this place in case if the guests want Laundry facility.
NOTE: After the booking confirmation, you will be able to see the address where you will be staying under 'Reservation details'. Please double check the address so that you don't ring/knock at any of my neighbors homes to avoid any discomfort to them.

Guest access - The guests have access to the Suite where they will stay and the private washroom which is next to the Suite. Besides the Suite and the private washroom, the guests do not have access to any other property in the Listing.

Other things to note -
* Our laundry is done during weekends (either Saturdays or Sundays) which is downstairs in a room near the Suite and a time can be decided upon between the guest and me for the same. Also, please do not open the Laundry room, there is a printed sign on that door which says not to open it.
* Please expect sounds of Electric appliances, walking etc. from the above Ground level since the suite is in the basement.
* Microwaves/kitchen electric appliances/Laundry are not allowed to be used please!

Simple and Cost Efficient

Perfect for airport

The property is well located for the airport, which is convenient for travellers. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Nina (the host) was quick to respond to any question we had about the property/area.

Cozy and private, perfect for short-term stay

Host was extremely accommodating. Communication was excellent. I made an error in booking and we worked it out very professionally. The room is very cozy. No tv (which is a plus for me, personally). Nice and spacious. Private bathroom was very clean and the bed was comfy. Perfect place for a one or two night stay. Neighborhood is a pretty nice place too!

Highly recommend

The property is very nice, cozy, spacious and clean. It is ideally located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The host (Nina) is extremely nice, helpful, attentive and supportive. I would highly recommend.

I wasn’t able to get my stay because the host could not let me into the place because she had to take care of her family, on top of that, like if it was a favor she was doing me, she places a timeframe for replying to messages even after I explained that I had a car accident on the way to her, she still refused providing the service. I demand a refund.

The property should only be rented to 2 people. Renters should have a car as over a mile to walk for coffee. The property is just a bed and couch with no TV or even a cup to have a drink of water. Family was very friendly and helpful

Wi-Fi wouldn’t work for us & we were short one towel…But as soon as I informed the owners, they helped to rectify that problem right away!!! The bathroom and shower area could use with a wipe down as there where spots and splatters all around the sink area and the shower could use some love.

It is not as described

Careful! The description of the accommodation says about a kitchen with utensils and a microwave, there is none of these in this accommodation. This accommodation consists only of a bed and a bath in a basement. When I asked the owner to use even a kettle to make a hot tea, she didn't want to offer anything at all; she is not kind or helpful person towards the guest. The place never quite heats up properly, it is cold and dark.

This basement property was low cost and the space was large, the shower was hot & powerful. No parking on the driveway, it’s on street - no access to the rear garden (didn’t bother us). There is no lock on the basement door (we hated this), you can’t control the heating (so was very cold), there was no top sheet (thin blanket & 2 thin pillows), no tv or anything to entertain yourself (just stare at the walls), no access to any kitchen area or cooking facilities, no fridge or any tea/coffee making facilities (you have to drive to a Tim Hortons for a hot drink) and no bedside lamps to read at night. It’s basically a room with a bed/small sofa/chest of drawers and a bathroom. We left a day early to book into a Hilton to cheer ourselves up a bit. The area has similar houses and it seemed like quite an industrial location (you can’t walk to shops etc…so need a car). The host seemed very nice and her cat was beautiful. Overall low cost but I prefer a room with a door lock, heating I can control, to be able to make a cuppa in the morning and at least a tv to entertain myself in the evening.

As everyone is aware that just before the long weekend there was a WestJet strike, unfortunately our flight was cancelled in the last hour…we couldn’t attend the event next day bc all other flights were full or substantially more expensive. As we scrambled to call bookings and explain to them we will not be able to make it and hope there can be a refund or partial, the host insisted we can find other flights due to her friend’s flight was not impacted and our notice was too short. We explained this to the host that the strike impacted only some travelers trip, and it was impossible to predict which flight will be affected until it has been cancelled, and we contacted them as soon as we found out. The host did not sympathize with our pain and not interested in giving us a refund and told us the notice was too short. I understand there is policy in place, but I put low communication score bc they could not understand that in this case, it is not up to us to give notices, it’s the airline that’s ruining thousands of passengers flights. Even partial refund of will help ease the pain of airline cancellation. All other hosts, car rental, event organizers were able to comprehend that the airline strike was devastating and refunded and understood our stress and pain except for this host. Book at your own risk.
