Hi my name is Katelyn and I am co-owner of TRAVSERVE a Hospitality Brand that caters to the Traveling Medical Community as well as Small Families, Insurance clients and the Leisure travelers. As a former Traveling Nurse and an avid traveler now, I understand the importance of finding a beautiful comfortable place to enjoy with friends and family. Thats why we have created a space just for you. We currently operate and manage 15 units across different states.

I recently made the exciting decision to purchase an historical home in Columbus, Mississippi. This is the only home on VRBO the is on The National Registry of Historical Places. The city's rich history and stunning architecture were the main draws for me. The beautifully preserved homes, ranging from grand antebellum mansions to quaint Victorian cottages, offer a window into the past and a glimpse of the city's rich cultural heritage.

Columbus is also home to many architectural gems, including our property and other buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Walking through the city's charming streets, I am constantly in awe of the attention to detail and intricate design found in these historic structures.

As a new homeowner in Columbus, I am looking forward to becoming a part of this vibrant community and exploring all that it has to offer. From admiring the city's historic architecture to discovering its cultural landmarks, I am eager to immerse myself in all that Columbus has to offer

The unique benefits of this property is swing out in the front of the property that still works. It reminds me of my childhood going the park with friend and swinging for hours just having fun with no cares in the world. That means the most to me. Not to mention inside the house itself with beautiful architecture and really nice chandelier give the house the historical vibes it deserves. A mix of old with a splash of new design.
