This a recently remodel one level home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is a dedicated work space for remote workers with high speed 300+mbps wifi.

This home DOES NOT allow the following:
- Please do not wear shoes over area rugs.
- Please do not eat or drink beverages (water is okay) in bedrooms
- No unregistered guests allowed
- Please respect noise curfew, 10PM
- Please respect check-in/out times
- Please don't rearrange furniture
- No smoking
- No parties or events allowed
- NO RV, trailers, boats, jet skis, snowmobiles allowed
- $300 fine for tampering with camera devices or internet modem & router
- $250 fine for smoking on premise

Bend welcomes you to the many mountain trails such as Pilot Butte, Misery Ridge Trail, Lava Caves, and Tumalo Falls. If hiking isn't for you, there's always snowboarding/skiing/snowshoeing during the winter months at Mt. Bachelor. And lastly for my water lover guests, go enjoy the white water rafting on the Deschutes River and get your adrenaline fix in.

Come dinner time, BrickHouse or Jackson's Corner for a more family friendly restaurant is a short drive away! But my favorite will have to be brunch at The Victorian Cafe.
