Beautiful home, prime location! Great communication with host. Check in and check out easy. Kitchen nice—and host had Sisters Coffee to share. We watch meteoroid shower from the fire pit.

Not returning, neighbors aren’t happy this is an rental

There are a lot of other great properties in Bend, we won't be returning here. At the start of our stay the neighbors who we said hello to as we walked in told us they arent happy when they see girls reunions show up at the house. Red flag#1 We are in our 40s and not ones to party. Midway thru the trip, we got a note from Dan at Arrived saying that we had been loud while using the hot tub and that we weren't allowed to be in it after 10pm and to be "relatively quiet at all other times" as well. I reviewed the Vrbo and the paperwork posted in the house. None of which referenced a 10pm curfew. Any fond feelings we had about the property were gone after Dans text. We won't be returning.

This was the perfect house for our girls' trip! The house is beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped. Aside from only having very basic spices to cook with, we had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. Fresh ground coffee, a coffee grinder and a drip pot made it easy to relax with a cup in the beautiful backyard in the mornings. And the hot tub was very nice in the cool evenings to relax and unwind from the day's activities. The house is located in a quiet, well manicured neighborhood, and a short 5-10 min drive to downtown and Old Mill. Someone from Arrived Prop Mgmt kept in touch with us the whole time via text and was available when we had any questions. 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely Perfect Getaway!

We stayed here for a Mother’s Day trip—just my mom, my sister, and me—and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home was modern, minimalist, and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. We loved relaxing in the hot tub after getting back from the James Taylor concert at Hayden Homes Amphitheater, which was just minutes away. It was the perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience. A truly special getaway we’ll always remember!

Perfect

The house is in a quiet neighborhood in the southern side of the city, but only 10-15 minute drive to all the restaurants, and only 25 minutes to Bachelor. The house was impeccably clean, and the backyard was perfect for our labs to run around while we enjoyed a hot tub soak. We needed a break and this house provided a nice sanctuary. Definitely a keeper. Rent it now.

Mini vacation to Deschute county

Its in a very nice neighborhood with some friendly people I see outside in front. The house is perfect for what I'm looking for with pet. I will come again with pet as I didn't at first.

Amazing

It was great with the exception that they key code did not work and the neighbors complained that we were really loud when we used the hot tube from 730-8 Friday night when we were not being loud.
