Our luxurious two bedroom with en-suite bathrooms is designed with “oasis” vibe in Downtown Dubai is just a 7 minutes' walk to Dubai Mall and the Fountains, Burj Khalifa. Located on the Boulevard we are a walk away from the city's entertainment - the Opera, the fine dine restaurants and the metro. The convenience of the supermarket and the pharmacy is also 5 mins away.

The full apartment is private and is only for guest use. In addition, the guests can also use the community swimming pool and gym. Also, there is a guest parking in addition to a personal parking for the guest.
