Thank you, Betty, for the 5 Star Review! I’m so glad you enjoyed our property and I’m happy to hear you plan to rent from us again! Yes, although the house isn’t huge, it fits everyone nicely and the outdoor space really helps with that too! Again, thank you for renting and taking the time to review our property for future renters reference!

I was looking for a nice family cabin that offered an authentic, warm vibe for my friends and family to get away for stress release, leaf peeping and an area with an amazing amount of activities. This cabin was perfect and you could tell that the host cared about the property a great deal. It was clean with ample space to have separate time. Beds were super comfortable. Water was hot on demand. There was an indoor fireplace, a magic outdoor fire pit, a beautiful viewing deck and fun- horseshoes, games, corn-hole. I just wish we had had more time there.

We loved this home. The deck was 5 out of 5 stars with great views, morning sun when you need it and afternoon shade! The surprise deck was a hidden gem. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. The living area was perfect. The hummingbirds were endlessly entertaining. The only downfall (ha) are the steep stairs inside and out.

Kelly- Thank you for the nice review of our cabin. We're so happy you enjoyed it. And, yes, it is a very kid friendly property. Our children grew up going there, playing board games, building campfires and enjoying running around on the land. We love it and are glad you did too! Please think of us again if your travels bring you to the Grand Lake area again!

Super close to RMNP!

The house had everything we needed to be cozy! Beautiful lake views and wildlife everywhere! Our favorite part is how close it was to Rocky Mountain National Park. We knew where to see the female moose each evening and we crossed the Continental divide and found the male moose. Also stopped in at the Stanley motel in Estes Park. Beautiful location!

Kristan- Thank you for renting our cozy cabin and leaving us a 5 Star Review! We’re so glad you enjoyed it, the views of the lakes, and got to experience the wildlife! We agree, we love being so close to RMNP and being able to drive in so easily to seek out the moose & elk. Although, we often get a moose or two walking right through our 2 acres! Please keep us in mind if your travels bring you to Grand Lake again.

Hi Matthew- I’m glad you enjoyed the views, however, I’m so sorry you felt the house was dirty. Can you give me specific examples of what was dirty? I was at the house just 2 days before and it was spotless! So, unless someone broke in and used the kitchen or whatever it was that was “dirty”then I have a really hard time with your statement. I would really appreciate a chance to discuss this further and make it right. We value our renters feedback and are very concerned about your experience. Thank you.
