この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
This property is unique in the sense that it is located in a central yet quiet neighborhood in Brooklyn, with quick access to the city via the train, car ride, or ferry. Average commute time to Midtown, Manhattan is 30 min in train. We are located near Methodist, Maimonides, SUNY Downstate, and NYU Langone - Brooklyn hospitals. The property is fully equipped to start living in it from day one, with amenities such as Laundry and Dishwasher, which are rare in NYC. There are a myriad of restaurant/bars/coffee shop options downstairs. The supermarket is 5 min away on foot. Utilities will be included. We have staff available should you require assistance during your stay.
