Located on very desirable Palma Sola Blvd, where majestic trees and water views, welcoming a relaxing way of life..

Enjoy the beautiful views and restful waters of Palma Sola Bay from your home. Cool off in your own private heated pool and enjoy your own lush landscaped private backyard.

The location is ideal with easy access to fishing, golfing, horse riding, spa and wellness, tennis, paddle boarding, bike riding, parasailing, boating and all watersports. Take a short stroll to Portosueno Park to see the Manatees.

This large Spanish home boasts three separate living rooms and a spacious kitchen perfect for entertaining. It has 6 palatial bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Enjoy a game of cards and play a game of pool in the pool table room. Everyone can easily have their own quarters to relax and unwind. Come and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in the world, here in paradise!

You are a short bike to the sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island and Robinson Preserve, a 682-acre mangrove, tidal marsh and coastal wetland habitat which offers walking trails, kayak launches and picnic areas. In addition, West Bradenton offers proximity to the downtown cultural center, the Riverwalk Park, as well as the theater, museum, IMG, fine and casual dining, farmers market, street festivals, pubs, art center and more. You are convenient to both Sarasota and Tampa airports. Close to downtown St. Pete and Tampa, home of the Tampa Bay Rays Major League Baseball and Tampa Bay Buccaneers for NFL football. The house was exactly what we needed for our family vacation to Disney. There was plenty of room for the 14 of us - grandparents, adult kids and grandkids. The layout of the house was perfect! Everyone was able to have their own space. And we especially loved all the themed rooms! The kids had a blast in the game room and the pool, too. Great communication with the hosts! Our entire family (16) spent 10 days here celebrating our 50th Anniversary. We had so much space in this lovely home! Everything was very well stocked. The pool was warm and large and the kids spent hrs swimming. We had an incredible time and want to thank our hosts. They were warm and, welcoming and helpful!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive to any communication. There were a few things that we found disappointing. The pool needed cleaned and there wasn’t a net for us to remove debris on the surface. It needed more water also. The pool table is warped and basically unusable. Some stove burners took a really long time to heat if you are planning to cook any meals. Not enough propane on site to use the grill. And not sufficient amount of toilet paper. Could use a good spring cleaning. This could be a great site with just a little better maintenance of the facility. The house is spacious with many rooms available for everyone to spread out.

Alyson was always very responsive to messages and took care of our needs promptly. The house is well-furnished and the kitchen is great for cooking, which we did a lot of. The gas grills made outdoor cooking easy. Propane exchange locations are just minutes away. The multiple bedrooms worked out very well for our large family. Pool is perfect for a larger group and is deep enough for adults to enjoy, and was a very pleasant temperature. It was just a tad cool on cold cloudy days as we expected. Pleasant and quiet neighborhood away from traffic noise, yet just minutes from AMI beaches and local shopping, coffee, restaurants etc.

There’s even a lovely garden area where you can sit and relax.Step through the double doors into the grand foyer, and you’ll be amazed by the spaciousness and breathtaking views — the exterior simply doesn’t capture the true size and elegance of this home. Inside, you’ll find six roomy bedrooms, a cozy family room, a game room with a pool table, two dining areas, and a large inviting pool.I can’t wait to stay here again — you’ll absolutely love it!
