This home was spacious well laid out and easy to accommodate a couple or couples traveling or families traveling with children.Kitchen is well stocked.Loved having a washer dryer!The filtered water and park pass were an added bonus.There was a check-in during our stay which was much appreciated. And contacting the local property manager was easy!Sedona in the area were fantastic and we will be back!!Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location and nice stay

We loved the location of this home. It was close to a grocery store, various walks, and was a very peaceful area. The owner was very quick to respond to anything and everything was ready for us early.

Check-in hiccup

When we checked in at 4p we entered the rental unit that clearly hadn't been cleaned - sink full of dirty dishes, strewned dirty sheets and towels which was the reason for the lower cleanliness score. The rental manager was contacted and she immediately found someone willing to clean on short notice. Trish worked tirelessly well into the evening and provided us with a pristine unit. She was cheerful, professional and apologetic. I know that emergencies occur but communication with the cleaning service could be improved or a walk through to be sure it was cleaned prior to guests arrival. Although it worked out for us, had we come in late at night, there's no way we could have stayed there or have found a hotel room because of the number of tourists in town. Other than that check-in hiccup, our Sedona visit was great as always. The rental unit is in a perfect location for accessing local businesses - close to a major street but far enough not to be affected by traffic or noise. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. I have visited Sedona and surrounding areas several times and it never disappoints. Kudos to Brenda and Trish for their quick assistance in resolving the cleaning issue and making our stay comfortable!
