Beautiful, 3BR, 2.5B home with something that is hard to fine just steps from the beach, a LARGE, private outdoor space with heated pool and bathhouse. This one-story house sleeps 6. The house has undergone an extensive renovation project. Everything has been redone and furnished with a tasteful high-end interior design. The property is located near St. Andrews State Park and is in walking distance to several bars and restaurants for the adult visitors. For the children’s entertainment there is a boardwalk style family entertainment park with games, rides, go karts, miniature golf. Within a short 5-minute drive you can explore all the entertainment and other popular Panama City Beach attractions.

The House has an open floor plan. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, large island with seating for 4, dining table for 6, which doubles as a great area for family game night.

Free unlimited WI-FI and 5 smart TVs. Hulu is included. Off street parking. Please review our pictures and location on the map and we are sure you with agree that this is a perfect house to vacation in the beautiful white sandy emerald beach of Panama City Beach.

Great location and amenities

The location was perfect for what we needed for a girls weekend. Steps from the beach and a block from Alibi bar. The house and yard were PERFECT! The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy. All around 10/10!

Amazing property!!

This house was amazing as well as its proximity to the beach! Every bed was extremely comfortable, which is huge for us!! The heat in the pool was a game changer, as we ended up spending a lot of time in it that we wouldn’t have if the water had been cold. The beach wasn’t crowded any of the times we went, which was amazing!! The property manager was wonderful and quick to respond to any text sent. The only downfall for us was the group of very loud college boys staying at the property next to us, but that has nothing to do with the property and it certainly didn’t stop us from enjoying our time here. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Dave!!

Beautiful Home-Great Location

The house was so well appointed! If we had not brought a thing, we would have needed nothing! The communication was great! I would definitely rent again! The pool was fantastic and the beach was so close. WE had a wonderful vacation!

Perfect location!

House was exactly as pictured, and in the perfect location! We were just a short walk to the beach, but still close enough to everything we wanted to do. We absolutely loved the pool and utilized it daily. Would definitely recommend!

Great location

I really enjoyed how close the home is to the beach. We had a few issues, but Mr. David was there in a hurry and resolved the issues quickly without disturbing our vacation.

Panama City Paradise!

Our family absolutely loved staying at this property for our Panama City Beach vacation! The house was exceptional and very clean, the kids enjoyed the pool and backyard, and the location was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach is just a short walk away. We also appreciated the use of the beach wagons, chairs, boogie boards, and toys! This place is perfect for a family vacation!

Great Location!!!!

This house was simply amazing. My family and I can't say enough about it! The private pool in the back was just the right size alone with the back patio where we spent majority of our time when we were at the house. Access to the beach is just right across the street. If you're looking for a private getaway with peace and close access to the beach, book this property. I promise you wont be disappointed!!!!!!

Nice house and great location

Our stay at this rental was very enjoyable. It was really nice having our own pool and the back patio/pool area had a really nice layout. Having the outdoor shower was a major plus and the walk across the quiet street to the beach area was not a problem at all. The location of this house was great being on a seemingly quiet portion of the beach and super easy to get to pontoon rental to make a day of boating to Shell Island.

Amazing home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property is in a great location, just steps away from the beach. The fenced in yard was amazing with a pool...we barely left the property because it has everything you need! We will definitely be back again!

PCB Getaway

Well appointed newly renovated home with great patio, kitchen and pool area. So glad the house was cozy because it was a little colder than usual. Teens loved the proximity to all the action and the privacy of the pool area. Nice stay overall!

Excellent and Relaxing Vacation Experience

Stayed for a week for the spring break. The area was very busy with all of the spring breakers but this home is a perfect distance from all the night activities that there was no issues. It is a1 minute walk from the beach and close to almost everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Highly recommended and would book again with no hesitation

great place to stay in Panama City Beach Florida

My husband and I had very nice stay at this property, very well maintained and really just 1/2 block from entrance to the beach. There were a few things I had some trouble with but David had them taken care of immediatly.

Great Vacation!!!

Property was beautiful and exactly as described. Location was great and easy access to the beach and walking distance to a lot of things to do for our group. House was beautifully decorated inside and out. Outside had tons of things to do and enjoy. Even had every beach lover’s necessities. Owner was very good at communication and made sure to answer in a timely manner. Only down fall for me was when we arrived to the property(Saturday) we noticed there was a house being built next door. It was a great weekend but come Monday morning they were installing windows and lots of construction noises at 8am. However that’s not early for some but others choose to sleep in on vacation. What was a perk of having your own private pool will no longer be a private pool. As the house/duplex they are building is two stories and anyone in the upstairs will be able to see directly into the backyard now. May not be a big factor for some, but just my opinion and feel as I would love to have been informed of the surrounding before booking.

Relaxing Vacation Home

The home is beautiful and well appointed with a large well-stocked kitchen. It was a short walk to the beach and plenty of beach items such as an umbrella and cart. The pool was a welcome respite and a perfect place to float and enjoy the sun. The outdoor bathroom was a bonus! Our only issue was regulating the water temperature in walk in shower, it would be nice and hot and suddenly turn cold and then back to really hot without touching the faucet. Other than that it was perfect and we would stay there again.
