Adorable Downtown Cottage

This historic cottage is a bright one-bedroom, one-bath detached home with a great front deck and landscaping. The location is perfect for exploring Santa Barbara! You are a few short blocks from all the shops and restaurants of State Street and the Funk Zone in an adorable neighborhood of bungalows. It’s also an easy walk to many social and cultural amenities including Paseo Nuevo Shopping Center, the Farmers’ Market, museums, theaters, and several beaches.


The cottage has a lovely, bright living room with TV to stream your favorite programs. The comfortable sofa pulls out to a queen-sized bed (which our kids said is one of the better ones they've been on!). The kitchen table and full kitchen are attached to the living room so everyone can be together. The kitchen has an oven and 5-burner range plus microwave. We have all the basic equipment you should need for everyday cooking. The primary bedroom is spacious and private with a comfortable queen-sized bed. The home has an oversized washer and dryer as well, so it's perfect for a longer stay or a stop in the middle of your Southern California road trip. We have one car parking available for your use as well as access to street parking. We provide basic supplies for the kitchen (paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, etc.), bathroom (towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair dryer), bedroom and sofa bed (linens, pillows, blankets), and beach (4 beach towels for your use).
