5 bed 2 bath home. Garage and fully furnished. Can accommodate 8 people easily and comes with on site laundry. The house is located in town and close to Main Street. Only three miles from Lake Sakakawea and additional parking available. Plug in for boats and vehicles also available.

Poor lighting, light bulb in bedroom was burnt out, broken door in bedroom bathroom, poor water pressure in bedroom bathroom, host interaction was pleasant, was difficult to clean up with no access to brooms we could find

Here’s the revised review with the basement bedroom included. If you want it more detailed or more concise, I can adjust it.⸻Review:Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. The downstairs bathroom was completely uninhabitable due to a terrible smell, which immediately set the tone for the visit. The basement bedroom wasn’t much better—musty, damp, and not a space anyone in our group felt comfortable sleeping in. It clearly needed attention and proper ventilation.Communication with the host was also very poor. Although the listing advertised accommodations for eight people, the kitchen only had four chairs. We called to request additional towels, a blow dryer, and more chairs, and while we were told they would be delivered the next day, nothing ever arrived.The upstairs area offered more usable space, but it still wasn’t up to standard. It was musty, not particularly clean, and had thick dust on the fans and blinds. There was also mold around the toilet bases and cobwebs throughout. The one positive was that the beds seemed newer and were comfortable.Overall, the stay had potential but fell far short due to cleanliness issues, a problematic basement space, and unresponsive hosting.

Neglected rental

Host was unresponsive and not concerned about the uncleaned home when we arrived. Food scraps in the kitchen and dirt all over the floors. Ceiling fans caked with dust. Only 4 out of 5 bedrooms were usable because the entire basement was unbearably musty. Mistakenly opened a door in the basement to an abandoned, rancid bathroom. Previous renters left tons of bird feathers and carcass remains which attracted swarms of bees. There was also a bag of what I assumed to be expired meat left inside the gas grill. No check-in/check-out information provided and could not access the wifi network. Overall disappointing experience and would not recommend this host or rental home.
