This space is the entire upper level of a 2-story home. Spend your time in this storybook backyard, newly fenced in, that sits on a quiet cul-de-sac by a lake, away from busy streets and yet is close to everything. Fresh paint all throughout the home welcomes you to relax and either kick your feet up by the fireplace and watch something on the smart TV, browse the internet on the high-speed Wi-Fi at the designated workspace, or enjoy cooking up something fresh in the large, newly updated kitchen with brand new appliances and countertops. (Lots of pantry space too!)
The spacious primary bedroom with queen bed includes a smart TV and private ensuite bathroom with Bluetooth speaker connection. Another room contains two twin beds, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. This listing sleeps up to 6 people. All bedrooms have spacious closets, and there are three additional closets in the hallway for storage and linens.
Enjoy your privacy in the entire upstairs of the home while other guests with a separate private entry, may occupy the downstairs unit. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Pets are welcome.
Laundry facilities included! There is a separate laundry room accessed from the exterior. Just walk down the back deck and the enter the key code into the keypad on the first door on the right. The laundry room is shared with any potential guests staying in the private downstairs unit.
Please note that this 2 story home is divided between the first and second levels. Both levels have their own entrances, parking areas, and are divided for privacy. Backyard area is common space and all our guests have been warm and respectful.
Please note, due to the age of the home, footsteps and some noises may pass through the walls from the upstairs. If you are heavy-footed or enjoy listening to the TV loudly, please consider a different listing.
Short-term housing is similar to hotels; prices change based on demand and the seasonality of the year.

We love the location of this listing. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac away from traffic yet just a couple blocks away from access to main roads to get you anywhere you need to go in the area. The neighbors are friendly. The home is filled with excellent storage space and gives an overall fresh and "at-home" feel.

There is a very small private lake within walking distance (We can tell you how to get there) pretty much across the road. You can sit and read a book or watch the ducks. Its very peaceful.
