Perfect for us

Totally enjoyed our stay at this property. Host was a great communicator and expedited all requests. This apartment was clean and well supplied with all the necessities. The Latch access system has a few steps so prepare before arrival. The setting is big city, urban environment. Grateful for private parking because public parking is a challenge in the area. Overall, great experience for our family of four.

Fishtown friends trip

We loved our stay in Philadelphia for a friends trip. About a 15 minute walk from some of our favorite spots in Fishtown, great communication with owner, clean, and easy stay.

The property was excellent and located in a great location with plenty of parking. Excellent city skyline views from the rooftop deck was an added bonus. The interior of the property was as advertised, clean, and well stocked. The owner of the property was very communicative, helpful, and pleasant.

Lovely Philly Apartment

This apartment was ideal for our family of four. The place was spotless, beds very comfy, bathrooms with many extras, kitchen well stocked. Living room cozy, not very large, but met our needs. Parking in building garage was appreciated to avoid need for street parking. Norgbor was perfect host a d communicator.

Girls weekend

We loved walking in to a very clean apartment, smelled so fresh💐🌸 The location was ok. Communication with hostess was great. The app for the only entry into the place was different, but we figured it out. The rooftop deck was such a fun spot. Thanks again

Cleanly and Comfortable

Place was nice, clean and comfortable. Description was very accurate. Norborg was so helpful and just super with keeping in contact and responding quickly, which we appreciated! Check in and out was a breeze.

Part of Road Trip of North Easter USA & Canada. North

We had a twelve night stay at this property, location was central to everything we wanted to do.Temple University was a short walk from apartment & only three stops on regional line to City Hall and only two to Reading Markets. The local transport system allowed us to leave car at apartment and do nearly all our site seeing on public transport. Phlash bus service which you can use your metro card or in our case free as retired, this service is nearly the same as Hop on Hop off with out commentary and just about fee. We found all staff on transit system extremely helpful and very friendly.Apartment was near deli for small food and consumables and used car to go to shopping at Oxford Street N N Broad Street at Fresh Market shopping centre You can get all your shopping needs at great prices. Any questions for manager where answered immediately. I would have no problem recommending this property to any one. The apartment has everything you will need for your stay and more, extremely comfortable place to stay. Rod Brown

Doctoral graduation trip!

My family and I came in to Philly for my graduation. I wanted to stay somewhere outside the city where we could unwind and cook a meal if we wanted - hotels don’t normally offer this type of a stay. This apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated, and the beds were very comfy! This host has thought of everything you could need for your stay down to disposable toothbrushes- I have never stayed at a short term rental where everything you might need was provided. Everything you want to do is a short Uber/Lyft ride into the city. I highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

We have rented several places in Philly during 'baby visits' and usually brace ourselves for disappointment. However, this place was PERFECT. The home is beautifully decorated and SO CLEAN. When we entered, I could not stop smiling. All of the little touches you receive from a high end hotel are found here. It's bright and airy and so cozy. The beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. We enjoyed the soaking tubs and the amazing rain showers in each bathroom. With a toddler it was great having a premium washer and dryer. The hostess was very responsive to all questions, quickly. The elevator was down, which helped us to meet the neighbors, who welcomed us and helped us with our bags. The parking was PERFECT. We didn't have to scramble for a RARE street spot and a instead used the garage. There are many places in walking distance to eat, drink, and pick up a few groceries. This just became our BABY visit home away from home.

Oxford Flats

Our stay went as well as could be expected. Norgbor, the property owner, was very responsive to our queries and concerns. It seemed like she was monitoring her account 24/7, because we would always get responses within minutes. It was great the there was parking within the building as parking spots can be difficult to come by in Philadelphia. Elevator access was also very important to my disabled wife. All in all, we had a very nice stay in a clean and comfortable suite of rooms.

Great location and very nice

This place had all that was needed! If you do not mind walking it is great to walk through the neighborhoods to the history locations a couple miles away! Also it was clean and comfy making the evenings very enjoyable to come back and reflect on the days adventures.

Luxury comfort at its finest!

From the moment you enter this property you are surrounded by elegance and comfort! The furnishings are high end design but do not forsake comfort! The beds are comfortable and the linens are scrumptious! The bathrooms are a great size and the showers have rainfall and jet fixtures. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need- even of you are a cook like me! As if this was not enough- the story special touches were everywhere! Each bathroom was supplied with tons of toilet paper, toothbrushes with mini tooth paste tubes, soap, cream, facial toner, q-tips, facial pads, feminine pads, shower caps, and more! The kitchen had an ample supply of tea, coffee, sugar and snacks and the fridge had several water bottles. Also included from the host was pink moscato wine! And she even supplied my fur babies with beds, treats and toys. Norgbur was an excellent communicator- very warm and responsive, and graciously allowed us to stay an extra night when our daughters car broke down. Parking was a breeze- yes, even in this Phillie neighborhood. We will definitely be staying here in the future!

In my early 20s, I used to enjoy family trips and often woke up in a new city daily, so I know the importance of needing to feel at home while traveling. As a host, it is my goal for me to provide the experience that I expect as a guest.
