This 4 bedroom condo/apartment has an entire floor of this building to itself. It has been completely remodeled and renovated to a very modern, yet minimalistic aesthetic. The elevators take you to the 14th floor, providing 2 separate entrances to the condo. However, the main entrance is where you'll be welcomed to "Casa Huancavilca".
The condo is located in the middle of the city, across the street from the most recognized park in Guayaquil, Parque Centenario. You can either walk or take a very short Uber ride to all nearby attractions. Or if you're there for a specific event, you'll easily be able to reach any part of the city from this area.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
Midtown Guayaquil is rich with beautiful parks, museums, churches, landmarks, attractions and outstanding restaurants. All within a few blocks from the condo. I myself, am always around the surrounding areas to dine, shop and eat whenever I'm in Guayaquil. Plus, from Guayaquil, you are an hour from the beach and just a few hours from the mountains.

Casa Huancavilca has been completely renovated, yet located in the historic Huancavilca Building, overlooking Centenario Park, on the 14th floor. This condo can get a view of a different part of the city, through each window of the condo. It's truly breathtaking.
