Location was good, room not so much

The location was good but the room smelled terrible the entire time we were there.

Good: Quiet neighbors, easy access to beach. Couple restaurants in walking distance. Easy check in and out. Cold fridge and a few pans to cook with. All appliances worked. Employees were gracious and helpful.Bad: No signs for entrance or exit so parking traffic was awful. Trying to get into parking area is a headache. 1 chair on balcony was completely broke and useless. Second chair is breaking also. Both beds have a bowl in the center- needs replaced badly
