The Palapa swim up pool bar and restaurant serves very reasonably priced food and drinks. They also serve delicious 'All You Can Eat' dinners for only about $10 USD per person 2x/week.
There is an onsite mini-market (with shaded outdoor seating) with a wide variety of groceries, including beer and a good selection of wine and liquor.
