Our retreat is right smack dab on the wine trail (Route 89) Across the street from us is wooded-nobody! The rest of the neighborhood setting is park-like. The lake can be viewed from the yard, but during winter months from the house, as well. There are about 8 or so homes than can be seen from yard.

Be careful of the entry to the driveway is quite narrow and easy to miss, oh and careful of the gully! Before leaving, please take out your garbage, load the dishwasher, and lock the doors.
➤ Safety Features: Your safety is our top priority. Our home is equipped with 2 outward-facing nest cameras at the front and back of the house.
➤ House Rules: Treat our home like you would a close friend or family member’s. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside the home. No pets. No shoes inside the home.

There are no buses available near the home.

Home sits on one of the main lake roads with some road noise-but enjoy easy access to restaurants and wineries.
Guests must be able to traverse steps to reach the lower level barrel room, tv room, 4th King en suite and outdoor lawn area.
Please be careful of the side sloping grass-its a slippery slope in or after the rain.
