Please note: A major construction project is scheduled from June 2025 through April 2026. During this time, the pool or portions of the pool may be closed. Construction activity may impact access to units, balconies, and parking areas. Guests may experience construction noise, and workers may be visible on site.

Long Beach Resort offers stunning seaside views as well as superb amenities. The three Gulf-front pools are heated seasonally and open all year. While there are endless opportunities for fun in the sun at Long Beach Resort, be sure to venture out around town to explore the area’s most famous attractions, including Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, ZooWorld Zoological Park and WonderWorks Panama City Beach. You'll also want to make time to hang out at popular Pier Park for its premier shopping, dining, and entertainment venues such as an IMAX movie theater, laser tag and live music.

I was disappointed in this location due to the fact it was not listed in the description when we rented it that the tower 2 was under construction. So it was very inconvenient to have to walk to tower 1 to access beach. Also the big pool that was listed in the pictures was closed also due to the construction. It started off bad from the beginning when we got there the code to the door would not work that they gave us then we had to call and they gave a new one. The room has good views but was dirty and out dated. When we decided to go to beach that's when we realized we had to go to tower 1 to access we go there then the code wouldn't work there either so we had to call again to get a code they forgot to add the # to the end of the number. I have rent plenty of condos in the Panama City Beach area over the years but this was the worst that we have received in the past. With that being said I would not recommend this location or ever stay here again.

SPRING BREAK for Family

This condo for our needs perfectly as far as location, costs, cleanliness, and was enough room for me and my 2 kids. We did arrive an hour early & got to get inside about 30 mins later. The stay was wonderful minus that the condo didn't have salt/pepper, extra dish clothes/handtowels. Overall I would stay here again! We've stayed at longbeach a few times before and loved it. I highly recommend staying here!!

Clean but basic

We enjoyed our stay, it was clean and the view is great. The condo is very bare minimum, no frills. The condo is good but not great, there’s some ad ons that could make the condo feel more homie instead of a hotel room. The management team is very responsive and helpful!

Very disappointed

Bathroom smelled of urine. Cleaning people came twice when we werent there & I was never notified. Toilet paper holder broke when we arrived. Called southerm vacation rentals. I requested I be notified when maintenance showed up,I was not. Toilet paper holder broke again. I called again,no one ever came back to fix it. No lights worked. Sockets wouldnt hold any chargers. Dust on pantry door. Mildew in shower. I called southern vacation rentals 6 times. No compensation was ever given to me. One elevator worked upon arrival. Next day both elevators did not work.

Nice, comfortable condo unit

Confusing WiFi. Address was not correct as given but did a search and found it. The password was right. We did not have a code for the gate for beach access. Fortunately a neighbor shared. Beach access is important. The door's weather stripping needs attention. Heavy winds create a screaming noise, very unpleasant. Otherwise the unit was comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and beautiful view. All of the staff were pleasant and courteous.
