Awesome updated loft apartment with exposed brick and original wood floors. Spacious spa shower . Queen Size Bed with plush down comforter, extra plush pillows. Large open kitchen for cooking & coffee service. Comfy oversized living room furniture with a sofa sleeper and large TV for relaxing.

Downtown Perryville, MO **DISCLAIMER** you will hear restaurant chatter & music if you do not have a tv/or radio playing between the hours of 10:30am & 1:30am. If you go to bed early I recommend headphones or ear plugs . This is a NOT a pet friendly loft due to allergens. This Urban Loft is located above one of the most popular destination restaurant`s around Mary Jane Burgers & Brew & Jackson Street BrewCo on the Downtown Historic Square

I love to meet my guests! I`m usually working downstairs at my restaurant Mary Jane Burgers & Brew or my Brewery Jackson Street BrewCo, so come visit! You can always reach me via phone/text 719-671-8235 or if you prefer email starkproperty13@gmail.com

Downtown Perryville is always bustling with community events the first Saturday of every month April through October like Cruise In, Home Brew Block Party, Rocktoberfest, Bikers on the Square & more! Lots of restaurants, bars & shopping all in walking distance

It`s easy to get around by foot, car or bike! Minimal traffic & easy parking.

Simply amazing!

If you ever get a chance to visit Perryville, Missouri, do it, Urban Lofts is where we stayed and it was amazing! This little town has so much to offer and we met some amazing new friends and just a short weekend. Urban Lofts is absolutely breathtaking. It actually felt like home full kitchen washer dryer. Everything you needed was right there within walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Simply Awesome

The photos online don’t do justice on how awesome this place is. This is the first time I have used a service like this and from the beginning it was great. There was great contact with the property manager throughout. The location is great. In walking distance from just about everything you need. I plan to come back and visit with my wife. Thank you again for a great stay!

farmhouse meets modern industrial

This place is beautiful. It was still a bit chilly but could not help leaving the French door open to the cute balcony. We enjoyed an outside concert at The Warehouse from this cozy loft! The town was cute. The restaurant below was great! We were on the Rout De Vin wine route and this place was in the middle. We cannot wait to go back! 10/10! Excellent Carisa!
