No Parties are allowed on the property. Fairhope requires loud noise to end at 10:00 PM. Cottage is too small for this.

Additional overnight guests are not permitted. The Cottage is tiny and suitable for 1-2 people.

Parking is available for 1 car only. The side gravel is there as part of the foundation/bulkhead of the dwelling.

This was the most adorable, well appointed, clean, cozy place to stay. It was a 5 minute walk to anywhere in Fairhope which was great!!! Loved it!

Girls antiquing trip

Fairhope offers an amazing girl get away. Great food and shops. The Guest Cottage was perfect. Safe, super convenient location and the cottage had anything you could possibly need for your stay.

Adorable tiny house. Perfect location.

My husband and I stayed here for a destination wedding, and we loved our stay. The accommodations were excellent. But the best part was the location. We were within a short walking distance to downtown. Would definitely consider staying here again next time we’re in Fairhope.

Very clean and comfortable, well equipped, and great location. Our daughter stayed here with a few bridesmaids the night before her wedding and then she and her husband stayed here before leaving for their honeymoon. It is quaint and charming, and the perfect place for them to decompress after their wedding. If we ever have friends in town needing a place to stay, I would refer them here!

Wonderful Place

Cute, Quaint and Clean

My sister and I were visiting the area for a wedding. This was the perfect spot for us to enjoy the area! We were fortunate enough that a Mardi Gras Parade was held one block away and the parade was so fun and enjoyable. The property met all our needs and expectations beautifully.
