This craftsman style home is located on a private lot with 250 feet of pristine waterfront and a private beach. This craftsman style home is located on a private lot with 250 feet of pristine waterfront and a private beach. Views from the deck, living room and master bedroom allow you to enjoy the beautiful salt water and tides coming and going. Start your day with coffee on the deck, rent kayaks for a sunset cruise, and finish with lobster dinners and a firepit under the stars. Day trips to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park are just 12 miles away!



The living room and dining room are open and spacious. There is a TV, wifi, and a propane stove in the living room, with a sunset view over the water. The dining room is right off the deck, for the perfect space to have a family dinner.

The kitchen is equipped with all of the utensils, pots, pans, drip coffee maker, blender, etc that you will need. There is also extra seating for two at the island in the kitchen. The windows and open space allow you to be a part of the action while cooking dinner, or packing lunches for that hike.



The 2 bedrooms are on the main floor with the open concept living space.

Bedroom 1: Main bedroom with a closet, armoire, and a built in desk. The windows have black out curtains, and a water view. There is a brand new Heat pump/AC in the main bedroom!

Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, closet and bureau. The windows have black out curtains.

Bathroom: 1 bathroom with a tub/shower, and plenty of storage. Towels and all linens/pillows are provided.

Deck: Table and chairs are ready for your quiet enjoyment. There is a propane grill with propane supplied.

Downstairs: Washer/dryer, and a game room with a futon and a foosball table.

Outdoor shower: Wash off from the beach, or shower in the salt air! This is a great experience if you have not ever tried it.



There is a grocery store, bakery and restaurants within 3 miles from the house. Bar Harbor and Acadia National park trails are 12 miles from the house. You can rent kayak/paddleboards/canoes locally and have them delivered. Lobster pounds are within 3 miles, and many things to do. There is a guest book at the house with house rules, things to do, restaurants, maps, etc. Please visit our website simplyrentalsusa for tons of information on the area!

Great location and property

We enjoyed staying here. The place was very clean and my husband enjoyed collecting mussels during low tide. The property had many extras that you don’t always have in some rentals. We enjoyed the views and the quiet nature of the property. We would stay again.

Cozy and quiet

The home was the perfect spot, close enough for day trips on the island but far enough from the hustle and bustle. Had an amazing view of the ocean. We were able to see so many stars that we usually can’t see in the city. We enjoyed our stay and will absolutely book again!

The house was perfect for our Maine getaway! The location was great, only a 25 min drive to Acadia National park and close to plenty of good restaurants, but away from the craziness of Bar Harbor. The house was great for our family of 4, everything we needed for a few meals at home and nice fire pit under the Milky Way! We rented kayaks and paddled around on Union River. Only complaint from my boys was there were no fish in the river! Overall a fantastic Maine vacation!

The location was picture perfect and indeed had amazing sunsets. The house was lacking in comfort in regard to seating in the living space. The home, sheets, and bedding were missing that flesh, clean smell. Overall, the home and landscape needs some tender loving care. This property has such potential! Quiet & Beautiful location to relax and launch a journey to Acadia.

We stayed here for our "mini-moon" after our wedding in Maine. We wanted to explore Acadia and have a quiet place to unwind. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and exploring the shoreline. The house met our needs.

Fall getaway

My friend and I LOVED staying at this beach house. Beautiful view of the sunset each night, and easy access to the beach for morning and evening walks. The property is very well maintained and comfortable. After spending the day among the crowds at Bar Harbor and Acadia, this secluded location was the perfect spot to unwind.

Quaint with a great view and lovely quiet!

Close to Acadia but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful for winding down in the evening. Fun fire pit while looking out over the water. A/C is only in 1 bedroom, so the mobile fan provided was much appreciated.

Nice place

My family enjoyed the beautiful setting of the house. It was great to wake up each day with a view of the water. The location is peaceful and yet near enough to most of the attractions; a good balance. The house itself is nicely appointed and was more than adequate for our needs. A few minor repairs were needed but other than that we were very satisfied with this property.

Beautiful beach house sunset ocean views

We had a incredible experience staying at this beautiful little beach house in Trenton. I highly recommend! We only had one little hiccup which they said they were going to provide a pack n play and then there wasn't one there when we arrived. Although they responded very quickly and got one the next day! Great place to stay with kids!

Beautiful location

We had a lovely time staying at this property. The location is overlooking the water and the view is stunning. It is tucked back in the woods and very secluded and peaceful. The house is a perfect size for a small family. We had our 8 year old daughter and she loved the bedroom, that is perfect for kids. The kitchen is well equipped and the style is very retro. The couches were comfortable. Overall it was a lovely home to stay in.

Wonderful, quiet and peaceful property right on the water - which is what we were looking for. It's about 35 minute drive to Bar Harbor, some restaurant and shops were a short drive away though. However, I don't appreciate having to review and sign 2 additional contracts for the rental property management company. All of that would be covered in the VRBO agreement. We're seeing this more and more clearly for liability reasons, with no protections for guests.Because it's run by a rental company it didn't have the personal touches or quality you would expect from a home owner. For example, the only mirror in the place was in the bathroom, very small, looked like it came from the dollar store. For the price we paid you would expect more.

I am so sorry you felt like you did not need to sign a rental agreement. This is for your safety as well as the homeowners. The homeowners provided a mirror in the bathroom, we do not decorate where the homeowners. This is an incredible property that is so close to amenities and is so clean and on the water! It was just nice

Great view, poor beach, nice fire pit, poor lighting, bad smell in basement, no tv, good internet, broken stove burner, well stocked, dated, in need of upkeep in and out, property is nice but going down hill soon. Would not go back although had an ok stay. Price was too high for property status.

Our beaches/shore front are not sandy and smooth like in Florida. The view, seaglass hunting, access to the water for kayaking and gorgeous sunsets are incredible at this Trenton property. The TV works well, you left a note on the TV instead of asking for assistance. I logged back into the internet with the wifi password provided and it brought up all of the apps and channels. I hope you used the 3 lamps in the living room, the 3 lamps in the main bedroom, the 2 lamps in the guest bedroom, and the many overhead lights in the kitchen. There is a brand new heat pump/AC for your comfort. Unfortunately, we did not hear from you that you needed anything despite many emails to check in. I will certainly check into the stove burner! It is important to us that our guests have everything in working order! Hence the new fire pit, gas grill, bedding, linens, towels, and decor! A waterfront property that sleeps 4 in Trenton is a great find, it is so close to all of the amenities our area has to offer, but the privacy of a family home. Please reach out to your next property manager, we are all willing to help make sure your vacation is all that it can be!
