About this space
Have FUN with the whole family or a group of your close friends. Sunbathers Casa is spacious. Madeira Beach is 6 min away. Professionally decorated interior and a showstopper backyard with a huge heated pool. Clearwater and St. Petersburg, just 20 minutes away, oh did we say the BEACH is just 6 minutes away? For those that want to explore on foot or by bike Pinellas Trail is in the back yard.
The space
We designed SunbathersCasa. com to be the ultimate family haven.

Living room
As you enter home you will be greeted by the beautifully designed living room with large windows allowing for plentiful sunshine. Living room has a comfortable sofa, love seat, two club chairs. Charging station is located at one of the end tables. The 65" LED HD smart TV is located centrally between the living and dining area will full motion TV wall mount. TV is capable of streaming your favorite apps (Netflix, Disney plus, Hulu, etc.)

Dining area
Connected to living room, dining area includes counter height table and seating for up to eight people.

Primary bedroom
Includes king bed, smart LED HD TV with streaming capability, and ample closet space. Black-out curtain and window blinds control light and provide privacy.

Second bedroom
Includes king bed, and ample closet space. Curtains and window blinds control light and provide privacy.

Third bedroom
Includes queen bed and bunk bed allows for four to sleep in this room. Closet space, along with Curtains and window blinds control light and provide privacy.

Bonus room
Can be used as an additional bedroom. It has a sofa, that converts to a queen size bed, with two side chairs and LED HD TV. This room also as a half bathroom and laundry,

Florida Room (Sun Room)
This is a great room! This multipurpose room can be used as an additional bedroom. It has a sofa that opens to a super comfortable memory foam queen size bed. It may also be your remote work space with it's desk and chair overlooking the pool. This room also contains a 65” LED smart TV, family games, magazines and books to read in this serene room.

Kitchen
Custom full kitchen that has everything needed to prepare most meals including two microwave ovens! And of course Refrigerator w/ freezer and ice maker.

Primary Bathroom
Offers a double sink and walk-in shower with handheld shower head offering multiple settings. Blow dryer, towels and soap are provided.

Hall Bathroom
Offers a double sink and tub/shower combination. Blow dryer, towels and soap are provided.

Half Bathroom
In the bonus room and adjacent to the dining area.

Patio/Pool
The outdoor space is just as special as the indoor space since in Florida most people spend so much time outdoors. The large heated (16x32) pool was recently remodeled with all new interior and pool deck. Patio furniture and giant sail-shade makes lounging and dining outdoors special and comfortable. At one end of the pool are four lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. The patio and pool has large white fences for privacy and safety for kids and pets.

Beach Gear
Guests are able to access the entire home including amenities in a storage area, including beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach wagon. This area also has three bicycles that can be used anytime. Enjoy them on the famous Pinellas Trail. The house backs up to trail. The Pinellas Trail extends from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs and was, created along a portion of abandoned railroad corridor, providing a unique, protected greenspace for walking, jogging, skating and biking.
Guest access
There are NO shared spaces. The entire home is for guest use.
Other things to note
This is a family-friendly home-away-from-home with many amenities, but if you are in need of something you left at home or groceries Walmart is just two minutes away!! Guest will also fine a Jimmy Johns, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Texas Roadhouse and other restaurants, "just up the street". Additionally, the Tampa Int Airport (TPA) is 38 minutes away, Clearwater/St. Pete (PIE) Airport is only 28 minutes away.
