Super close to Emory University/Hospital, Agnes Scott College, CDC.

The Hosea & 2nd development on our block is the central gathering spot in our neighborhood. Enjoy phenomenal food offerings & each restaurant has a great patio. Poor Hendrix, Salaryman, Mix'd Up Burger, Lake & Oak BBQ, and Perc Coffee. Hippin' Hops Brewery coming soon!

The apartment is above our detached garage so is completely separate from our personal home. There are approximately 14 steps. There are tables and chairs outside for your enjoyment.

Parking is inside the gated driveway and there is additional street parking.

The Airbnb income goes directly into our high school son's college savings fund, so he takes much pride in helping to maintain the space and in welcoming our guests. We have hired professional cleaners during Covid.
