It was a good stay. We mainly just needed somewhere to stay to explore the city. The only complaint we have is the alarm to the front door kept randomly setting off.

Bath room

No plug of the bath tub nor no washing machine & dryer was annoying my wife.

Aloha: Suggest calling the property manager next time if need anything, would have been happy to get you plug for bathtub, we are always available to help our guests. Also, There are coin-ops on each floor for all guests to use, we never noted condos had them in the unit. Hope you enjoyed your stay, and thanks for booking with us! It worked in a pinch

It was clean, but a few items were in need of repair. We also had a couple of roaches for company......not a big deal but may have needed a treatment(?) All in all it was acceptable and we were glad to find it in a pinch.

Aloha: glad you liked the condo, enjoyed having you as our guests! When we spoke to guests they really liked the property and condo. So bit surpised here. We also got them an extra night in a pinch. So sorry about the pests, this is the tropics and we do our best to keep them away, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
