Adorable fully furnished, Flathead Lake 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house.

This family-friendly house is located in quiet Crescent Bay of Flathead Lake, Rollins, MT.

Featuring a wrap around porch, a second-story balcony for excellent sunset views, 200 ft shoreline of private direct access to Flathead Lake, a 75 ft F-shaped dock, and more than enough parking for your family and friends.

Situated directly below the Rollins gas station, this charmer is a 15 minute drive to Lakeside, 30 minutes to Kalispell, and 45 minutes to either Big Fork or Polson.

This property is fully furnished with a fully outfitted kitchen making it a great summer basecamp for your family.

It features spacious closets, tons of communal space (2 living rooms, wrap around porch, large yard, and extensive shoreline space), a washer and dryer, and a dishwasher.

The property is family-managed and with local staff in Lakeside and Polson.

The property is pet-friendly but does require prior approval and a deposit.

The cabin is fantastic! We loved the open-concept of the main floor & everyone thoroughly enjoyed the deck. A great getaway on beautiful Flathead Lake.

Great place and location, dock was amazing. Enjoyed our stay, great place for your boat. It took us 2 hours to check in, cleaners locked actual door knob, had to make contact with property manager to get key to enter property. All in all would stay here again. Had a great relaxing time.

Beautiful house on the lake!

I went to this house with my boyfriend, brother, mom, aunt and uncle. This house was so cozy and beautiful! The dock on the water is too perfect, views are unreal!
View off the upstairs balcony! :-)

A little slice of heaven!Fabulous lake access and views. Very private. Spacious and comfortable for our family reunion. Nicely appointed buildout and decor. Easy communication with the Property Managers. My favorite spot was coffee on the private dock and deck.

Beautiful property in a picture-perfect setting

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is across the street from the lake with a fantastic private dock. Plenty of room for our pups to roam in the large yard. Everything you need for a nice relaxing stay on the lake! Great neighbors too!

Lakehouse Review

The Lakehouse was perfect for our family. With so many shared spaces on the property, we were all able to relax and enjoy spring in Montana. While it was too cold to swim, there is a big dock and a lot of private lake access. The neighborhood is quiet and calm, making it easy to go on morning or evening walks. We look forward to our return trip to Flathead!

Good overall, few important details

The stay was great. House was clean and in a very nice area. Boaters- be aware that the closest boat launch is 4 miles away at west shore. The driveway is super tight to get trailers in and out of. The dock was very nice to have though!

Family Vacation

The property was excellent. View of the lake was incredible.We really enjoyed the location and the amenities were amazing. The reason I’m only giving four stars instead of five is Check in was delayed by 20 minutes and the washer did not work very well to dissolve the laundry tide pods. Also, I would recommend having ceiling fans installed because there’s no air-conditioning.
