A double-story building. with 2 rooms located on the upper floor, facing the swimming pool and garden. a master bedroom located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool and the other 2 rooms located at the far end of the swimming pool. The interconnected living room and kitchen plus dining table make it suitable for family get-togethers. Well decorated with art pieces from wall artwork to an object spreading around the villas. Parking is available on the premises
Easy access for both cars and scooters, the car park is available.
