Welcome to RoShamBo - a dog and kid friendly home with everything you need to relax and enjoy all that Seabrook has to offer. Situated near the bluff entrance in the heart of Seabrook, we offer a wall full of west-facing windows to enjoy expansive ocean and sunset views. We have the best of all worlds here at RoShamBo-- gorgeous ocean views, just a short walk to the beach, and the convenience of being on the town side near all the amenities. You can even take in a summer concert in Sunset Amphitheater right from the porch.

Roshambo is the perfect place for family and friends to gather for an unforgettable beach vacation. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it offers accommodation for up to 16. The main floor is open and spacious with high ceilings. It offers comfortable couches, 55” 4K Smart TV with Roku and HD cable, large kitchen with seating, and comfortable dining area. To insure access for the whole family, we’ve equipped the downstairs with several accessibility features including a roll in shower, ramped rear entrance, and wider doorways. The downstairs queen bed height is also convenient for those in a wheelchair. Please note: Accessible bathroom does not have grab bars near toilet or shower.

On the second floor you’ll find 3 bedrooms and a media room. The primary suite has a king bed, walk through closet, dual head shower, and an amazing view of the ocean. The other king bedroom has a connected full bathroom and large west-facing windows for morning beach-gazing. Rounding out the bedrooms on the second floor is a queen bedroom. The media room on this floor boasts a 65” 4K Smart TV with Roku, HD cable, XBox One with three controllers, DVD player, DVDs, books, and board games and a sofa bed.

The 3rd floor is for the young and young at heart. It has 4 sets of bunks that sleep 8. There is a massive playroom to provide the kiddos a private place to build, play, or just relax. The 3rd floor also has a full bath with a large trough sink and multiple faucets. This floor also has an elevated view of the beach and amphitheater. The kids will love watching the flags waving in the wind at night!

We are a dog friendly (max 2) home with a fenced yard, dog beds, water bowls, and dog towels to welcome your furry kids. We also have 2 gates that can be used to corral furry and human kids alike.
