Sit back and enjoy the stunning sunsets while seated on the poolside stools. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this property boasts exquisite finishes and stylish furnishings throughout.

Escape to Villa Sunset, where tranquility, beauty, and luxury await you in the heart of Miami.

The Space:
Indulge in the luxurious amenities offered, including a heated pool, terrace, Sonos sound system, outdoor BBQ, and more.

Guest Access:
Someone from the team will be at the check-in to show you around and give you keys to the house.

The Neighborhood:
Gated community in a residential neighbohood

Getting Around:
Every detail has been carefully curated to provide a memorable stay. Conveniently located, the villa is less than a 10-minute drive to the beach and just 20 minutes away from the best shopping and entertainment destinations in Miami Beach.

For your comfort, we provide the following:
- Welcome amenity provided: welcome amenity, shower gel, Keurig capsules for your first day.
Rental Policies:
- Our bookings require a minimum age of 25 years old.
- Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
- PLEASE READ: No parties, no drugs, no exception. Please refer to the rule of house. Great Miami Getaway!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property! Check-in was a breeze and the property manager was extremely responsive to any of our questions. Patio and pool were the preferred hang-out spot with excellent views of Miami. Easy to get to the city or to Miami Beach while having a nice quiet spot to get away from the noise. Great stay.

Loved our stay!

We had the best time at this property! The house was very clean and we absolutely loved spending time outside. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very spacious. It was the perfect set up for our group (7 adults). The communication with the property manager was also very easy and she was extremely accommodating. We would love to stay at this property again!

Paradise On The Water

This house is just amazing. It is beautifully decorated, has every amenity, and just perfect for our family gathering. The star of the house is the outdoor pool/hot tub/gazebo area, with a stunning sunset view. Already booking for next year.

Beautiful home and heated pool

The staff communicated very well from booking to check in to check out. The home is beautiful inside and outside. The pool area is tremendous and the heated pool divine. The neighborhood is quiet and upscale. We had parrots and iguanas visiting. Really nice restaurants right around the corner with friendly staff and good food. We would love to come back
