This beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is designed to feel less like a rental and more like a place you immediately exhale into. The true highlight is your private rooftop retreat, complete with custom-built furniture, loungers, hammocks, tropical plants, an outdoor shower, and a grill — the kind of space where mornings are quiet, afternoons are sun-soaked, and evenings stretch longer than planned.

Inside, you’ll find cozy, intentional furnishings and comfortable bedding that make it easy to settle in. Whether you’re here for a surf getaway, a slow beach vacation, or a work-from-anywhere escape, the space is designed to support it all.

Need to log in while you’re away? We’ve created a built-in workspace with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse — just bring your laptop. Prefer to unplug? Head to the beach with provided chairs, umbrella, and body boards, or roll out a yoga mat on the rooftop and move with the ocean breeze.

This is the place we come to reset, reconnect, and remember what slower days feel like — and we’re excited to share it with you.

Great family location

We had an amazing stay! It was close to the beach so walking with our kids was no problem. The extra outdoor space on the top floor was beautiful and the kids played up there often. The property manager was so responsive and felt genuinely caring about us arriving safely and having a great time. Highly recommend for families!

We really enjoyed our one-week stay in this condo. It lived up to the listing's description and pictures. The property consisted of 5 buildings of 3 units each (15 total) around a central pool area. It was about 75% occupied during our Christmas week stay. Overall, it was quiet on the property, and when the units doors were closed, we couldn't hear any noise coming up from the pool area during the few times that kids were out there playing. It was a short, easy walk to the beach, and there was plenty of parking. The neighborhood felt very safe, and there are restaurants and a convenience shop right on the beach. Plenty of other food options were a short drive away.The unit itself was fantastic. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware, and there was even a spice rack and cooking spray available. The beds were very comfortable, so we slept well. Having this unit with the private roof deck was a real win for our family of 4 with 2 teenage sons. We all had somewhere to go when we wanted a little alone time. Our host was friendly and responsive. We had no issues checking in, and she gave us great recommendations for activities in the area and was quick to respond when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great space and views

Wonderful space with everything one needs to feel right at home, including a desk for working. The views are great and it's close to everything. We had a little miscommunication at check in but the owner responded quickly and got us sorted out.

Such a sweet spot!

The condo was in impeccable shape and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we could need (though we never found a cutting board?). Sofie was ready to answer any questions at any time and even helped us plan some excursions. We loved being so close to the beach and my boys especially loved the acai bowls next to the surf shop. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Perfect!

We had a lovely time and everything was perfect! The location, the rooms, beds, amenities, rooftop deck with views, pool.... We really appreciated that there were a few cooking ingredients available and toiletries in the bathrooms. Sofie was a wonderful hostess/property manager and I highly recommend hiring her for rides and day trips if you dont want to rent a car. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be back!

Great Place / Great Location

This is the place to stay in Cerritos! Condo is in the perfect location, close to coffee, restaurants, the market and most importantly the beach. No more than a 5 minute walk to any of them. The roof top deck is perfect to watch the sun rise or sunset. You can even see whales swimming by in the morning, if you are there during the right time of year. Sofie is great, she is close by, very helpful and very responsive. Really can’t say enough good things about our experience. Will book again.

One of the best

This is our 3rd Summer to stay in Cerritos. By far this was our favorite home for 2 weeks! The property was well maintained & manicured daily. Sofie was an amazing point of contact. She was helpful & responded fast. My crew surf, so they were stoked to be able to walk out the front door each morning to check the surf. The roof top patio was perfect for morning workouts, late afternoon lounging & dinners! The condo was well stocked & clean. We loved everything about our 15 days!

Vacation perfection!

Spent a week here with our two teen boys and couldn’t be happier. The entire property including the grounds was sparkling clean and beautiful. The beds were comfy and all the linens were high quality. We also appreciated all the supplies that were already there once we arrived, which included coffee! The kitchen was nicely stocked with quality cookware and tools. Another huge benefit was Sofie the property manager, I felt like we had our own personal concierge! She was super responsive with any questions. We took a fishing/whale watching trip from Punta Lobos that was recommended by Sofie and we had the best time. Make sure to go watch the boats go in and out since it is pretty unique! Or better yet take a trip yourself like we did. We love how laid back Cerritos is, the walk to the beach is only about 5 mins and our boys are old enough they could just come and go. Make sure to get a massage on the beach from Maria, she sets up in front of La Tuna.

Could not be better !

We visited the area last year and a friend was staying in this development. After seeing the location and having a drink on thier patio we knew this was the place to be! So a year later we booked it. The location is about as close to the surf beach as one can get. The rooftop patio is simply incredible with the shade structure, BBQ, hammocks and loads of space for dining and chilling on the loungers. The beds were fantastic and AC worked great. Everything we needed was supplied including little things like a sweet Ninja blender, bonus! We got good use out of the beach chairs, boogie boards and football and games. The water is filtered so no worries there and the showers were spacious and there is even one on the rooftop patio. Can’t say enough about this place ! We will be back next spring.

Checks everything on your list

If you are dreaming of an off the beaten path, low key vibe, steps from the beach, with the best fish tacos right outside your door, this is your place. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (girls are 10 & 14 and were so happy to have their own beds and bathroom). The rooms were a nice size, the bathrooms and showers were great and the kitchen and living area were spacious enough for the limited time that we actually spent in it. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the upper patio which was a dream. From the minute you walk out the door to getting your beach chairs set up on the beach was 5 minutes tops. Cerritos is a lovely sand beach with waves that are so fun to boogie board or just jump and play in (not a relaxing water type of beach). None of us surfed, but we all enjoyed the beach for hours everyday. Barracuda Cantina is right outside your door and we went at least 4 times. Awesome tacos and margs. You can't miss it. Since this was our 3rd time to the area we decided to drive to La Paz (about 60-90 minutes depending on where you go) and enjoyed the variety of the beaches. If you do go, you must look into Playa Balandra. The most stunning beach we've ever seen in Mexico and a nice change from the surf beach. Can't say enough great things about this place and the location in general. Without a doubt we'll be back.

The host prepared the apartment perfectly with everything we would need for a late night arrival. With no chance to shop, it was nice to wake up to supplies for coffee. We didn't cook much, but spices herbs and basic cooking oils were all there so we only needed core ingredients.

We’re from the United States and have spent many years traveling to Cabo. Over time, we discovered the small beach town of Cerritos and immediately felt the difference. It offered everything we loved about being near the ocean, but at a slower, more laid-back pace.

What drew us in was how walkable and approachable it felt. The beach is just steps away, and the water at Cerritos is far more accessible than what we experienced in Cabo, where strong rip currents can make swimming challenging. Here, we found a place where enjoying the ocean felt easier, more relaxed, and more connected to daily life.

This condo became our home base in Baja — a place we return to throughout the year to unplug, spend time outside, and enjoy a rhythm that feels grounded and simple. Hosting allows us to share that experience with others and offer a space that feels welcoming, cared for, and lived in, not just a place to stay.

We hope that when you’re here, you experience the same sense of ease that first brought us to Cerritos.

The neighborhood is relaxed and welcoming, with surfers, families, couples, and travelers who all come for the same reason — to enjoy the beauty of Baja without the crowds.

Sunsets are unforgettable, the beach is walkable and swimmable, and the energy is calm and grounding. It’s the kind of place where days don’t need much planning, and that’s exactly why we love it.

This condo is our home in Baja, and we stay here throughout the year. When you’re here, we want you to feel both cared for and comfortable in a space that is truly lived in — not a place designed only for turnover between guests.

While other properties may offer private rooftops, we’ve focused on creating one that feels warm and inviting. We’ve added plants and flowers to bring life to the space, along with cushioned loungers, comfortable seating, and an outdoor rooftop shower, so it’s a place you’ll actually want to spend time, not just pass through.

Inside, we’ve made intentional upgrades like custom tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, and we’ve stocked the condo with the essentials we ourselves use when we’re here. From shampoo, body wash, and hand soap to coffee and other thoughtful touches, our goal is to make it easy to settle in the moment you arrive.

Because this is our home between stays, we care deeply about how it feels. Our hope is that you experience it the same way we do — relaxed, at ease, and at home.
