気になった点 : 清潔度、ロケーション
We left this apartment after one hour there. The good reviews are not completely honest about this property. The photos make it look much nicer than it is in person. It definitely depends on your expectations and this is a very inexpensive option so it may be fine for some people, however, it was not to our liking. Starting with the good, the apartment has one of the most beautiful views I have seen in Grenada. However, the furnishings on the deck were one simple chair like a dining room chair that was old and broken and one small stool. There was nowhere to sit to relax or eat on the deck so the only way to enjoy it would be to stand on it.The drive to the apartment took us through some areas that were questionable if safe. And the neighborhood was not the best. When we use the code to pull into the gated parking area, another tenant had parked his car directly across making it impossible for us to move in. The landlord was immediately responsive and did follow through however, we ended up meeting the person whose car was and he was very hostile and I didn’t feel safe. Once we got into the apartment, the floors were very sticky and the furnishings were old. It is scantly furnished. My husband walked into the bathroom and there was urine on the seat. That was all it took for us to realize this was not for us. And of course we lost the entire cost of the rental bc it was non refundable.
