Hi, I’m Darren, the villa manager at Summer Heights Villa. I take pride in making sure everything is ready for a relaxed and comfortable stay. I live separately on the east side of the property and am always happy to help with questions or if anything needs attention. At the same time, I fully respect your privacy, and you won’t see or hear me unless you reach out. My aim is for you to feel completely at home and enjoy your time here.

We chose Haver’s Estate because it offers one of the best balances on Tortola, peaceful hillside privacy with easy access to everything. From the villa’s elevated position, you get cooling Caribbean trade winds and beautiful panoramic views across the Sir Francis Drake Channel, while still being only a short drive to beaches, marinas, restaurants, and Road Town.
The area is quiet, residential, and surrounded by lush tropical hillsides, making it perfect for guests who want to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the island without being in a busy tourist zone.
Another reason we love this location is how central it is for exploring Tortola and the rest of the British Virgin Islands. Whether you're heading out for a day at the beach, a sailing trip, island hopping, or dining at one of the island’s waterfront restaurants, everything is conveniently within reach.
It really offers the best of both worlds - tranquility and convenience.
