Fantastic pricing for a lovely stay. We had a one-off issue with the property (wifi disconnected inadvertently by a worker) and very quick communications to resolve it. The apartment was very well equipped - we were in and out on a quick trip so I especially appreciated having coffee already in the apartment.

The condo was clean and perfect size to share with two families. End unit next to the stairs so at times there was noise on the outside stairway, especially at night but not a big deal. The pool was walking distance and the grounds of the community were very pretty. The host was super nice and communicative during the whole process. We had a great vacay!

Awesome condo! We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Great location and great communication with the hosts. Very lovely and safe property and great distance to orlando parks. Wal-Mart is nearby in order to purchase necessary items not supplied at property. Walls/floor of property thin and could hear the people above us very easily at night time. Anna was wonderful to work with and attentive to questions and informing of appropriate needs when I didn't ask a certain question. Overall, very satisfied with property and our stay.

So convenient to Disney parks! The layout is perfect for 2 couples and a child. Roomy, clean, and excellent communication with our host. I would definitely stay at this location again!!

Amazing holiday location

An amazing property located in a great area for all the major locations. The property was ideal for the 4 adults in our party. The property and complex has everything you need to make your stay perfect and enjoyable. We really couldn't have asked for more.

Great place, great location!

The development is in a perfect location tucked away from all the noise and traffic. The area was quiet and seemed safe. The condo was very comfortable on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot, which was so convenient. Other than a possible upgrade with area rugs and furniture, the condo was great.

This was overall a great stay. It was pretty accurate in terms of advertisement. The host was super responsive. It did the job as we were at the parks all day and only there to sleep. There were a few minor cleanliness issues, but overall was pleased with our stay.

Really nice property and nicely decorated. Great air conditioning! Beautiful pool and game room. Close to everything. Walmart and publix are right down the street. The property owner,Anna is wonderful and very responsive. I highly recommend this property!

It was a bit of a spontaneous and whirlwind decision to up and buy a vacation condo in Florida. If you knew us at all, you'd know that we are low-key Canadians that don't really get ourselves mixed up in risky schemes! I guess we just needed some excitement in our lives and decided a cozy place to call home right in the middle of all the Disney action was the ticket! We are Richard and Anna Agnew, we have two children (an 18 year old daughter called Kes and a 12 year son called Connor) and our home base is in Toronto, Canada. We knew when we first stepped into Kuzco's condo that it was just what we were looking for. Spacious enough so that everyone can escape from each other if necessary but small enough to retain that right amount of coziness. We had looked at other places in Florida but decided that Orlando was where all the action was - a surefire way to keep the kiddies happy and busy. The location just can't be beat as it is super close to the Disney theme parks and other major attractions. This resort community was also a perfect fit for our family because of all the great amenities available on site. The kids are kept occupied when we are not at the attractions and we have the peace of mind knowing that they are close by within a gated community. Where did we get the name Kuzco's condo? Well… Kuzco is the main character in the Disney movie 'The Emperor's New Groove'. If you haven't seen it - it is absolutely hysterical and every member of our family just loves that crazy llama! We've put a lot of love into the condo so far with regular renovations and upgrades to make ours and hopefully your stay as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. We now have a total of 3 condos in the same resort. Our mindset is always 'How can we make it better!' So far, it is everything we hoped it would be and more - and it would tickle us to no end to have your family enjoy our little vacation hideaway too! Sincerely, Richard, Anna, Kes and Connor

We loved that it was so close to Disney and all the major attractions. We are also conveniently located for some great golfing vacations and sport conventions. Orlando is a fun city with loads of exciting things to do for all ages - and our condo is located right smack in the middle of it all.

Our condo is located within a 24-hour manned gated community that requires a security pass to enter. Take a refreshing dip in the Olympic-sized pool with sun deck and hot tub. Explore the 7,500 sq. feet clubhouse equipped with Tiki bar, Sundry shop, fitness centre, games room, Nintendo Wii suite, cyber café, a 58 seat movie theatre and luxurious lounge area. Enjoy outdoor recreation with tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball and a children's playground.
