This condo is a true definition of a hidden gem.Enjoy a short or long stay in our modern home. 2 bedroom, 1bath, fully equipped to Accommodated any length stay. Downstairs unit and sits alone

-Sofa turns into sofa bed (twin)
-17inch Queen size with headboard blowup mattress on site located in 2nd bedroom
-Washer and dryer on site
-BBQ grill on site
-Smoking is allowed on balcony ONLY Absolutely NO SMOKING IN HOME
-Camera is outside at front entrance ONLY
-There will be a checklist to complete upon arrival to ensure no items are damage or missing doing your stay.

(additional fee) Ask host about packages for special occasions such as Birthdays, anniversaries,valentine’s Day ETC..

With each stay there is a riddle to solve to find a small token of thank you. The token can include cash, gift card(s), Etc. The unit is a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo. Each bedroom has 1 queen bed. The sofa turns into a sofa bed. For additional guests there is a 17inch blowup mattress with headboard on site as well.

Check in and check out is flexible just ask host to see if times are open.

We are also here to answer any questions, or concerns. If we are needed on the site, we are here locally to assist with those needs as well. Depending on the next reservation, we are flexible with check- in and check -out times. Please let us know ahead of time to see if we can accommodate those needs.

PARKING:
You can park anywhere that’s open in the parking lot.

Amazing!

Everything was as pictured ! Host was extremely helpful and communication was great . The neighborhood was in a good area and it’s a lot around it. (grocery stores , food places , breakfast , gas stations) . House was also very clean. I truly enjoyed my stay.

A Hidden Gem (literally)

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and well stocked with all necessities. The check-in process was seemingly effortless. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Charlotte.

Hidden Gem

This hidden gem is impressive as soon as you open the door. Newly remodeled with super cute and clever touches create a cozy, comfortable nest. Private, quiet, easy check-in with a courteous, friendly host who was very accommodating. We enjoyed cooking, movies, an in-house riddle, and the pool. A good time for our family of four with teens. What you see is not all you get

My son and I stayed at this location. As a single mom safety is my number 1 concern. Unfortunately I did not feel safe at this location. This unit is located on the very bottom of the stairwell and it’s by itself. There are 2 units you have to pass by to get to and from this unit. There was a domestic dispute from the people who lived above this unit that started at 6am and went on for over an hour. I wanted to get my son and leave but we had to go past the unit the altercation was happening at and I didn’t feel comfortable doing that. I felt we were stuck. The property this unit sits on is in need of a lot of work on the outside, the siding of the building is falling off and the wooden walkway to get to the unit is not safe as the boards are broken. There was large pieces of broken glass outside the patio and spare room has a door going outside with added locks. My son didn’t sleep there as he was afraid. There was trash around the dumpster located in the parking lot. The unit itself was as shown The furniture is not comfortable but it goes with the theme. I contacted the host after our stay to express my concerns which I’ve addressed here and there was not really a resolution. I did request a partial amount of my money back as I felt unsafe during our stay and a bit deceived by the lack of pictures for the outside of the property however she declined to offer that to me. I will not stay in this unit again. my hope is that she shows the outside of the property for what it is

Thank you for bringing your concerns to my attention. I apologize that you felt unsafe for yourself and your child the goal is always for a safe and peaceful stay. However, I have limited control over external factors such as the outside appearance of the building and any ongoing maintenance issues are handled by the HOA. Please be assured that during your stay with us we take all necessary steps in ensuring our guests' safety while staying with us.I am aware of the maintenance taking place with the walkway and outside vinyl, as signs are posted on the property, Not at all sure of any broken glass as i stay local and come check the unit before and after each stay. However they are currently updating on the property and I'm unsure where any deception is coming from as all pictures that are on the site are in real time. As far as the neighbors upstairs, unfortunately I can’t control what happens inside their homes as I am not associated with any other units on the property. Unfortunately I did decline issuing a refund for this stay, due to the stay being completed to its entirety and you not reaching out until several days after the stay was completed to make me aware of your concerns. If at any point upon arrival or during your stay you felt uncomfortable or unsafe, you could have reached out to us as we do advise we are local and here to assist with any concerns. We could have made arrangements to refund you to check out of this unit and into a nearby hotel. Again I apologize for you not feeling safe while there because of your personal feelings of the outside of the unit. The description does also state that this is a downstairs unit. I also reach out to each guest once your stay is confirmed by sending a personal message advising that this is a downstairs unit and sits alone as I sent to you weeks prior to your stay. The inside is as pictured, clean and very safe. Thank you again for your stay.
