Newly renovated Oceanview Beach House that's only a 10-second walk to the beach access and a 2-minute walk to the waterway from our driveway!!! We're located on a well-known Wrightsville Beach street between Johnny Mercer's Pier and Robert's Grocery/Wings/Trolly Stop (3 blocks away).

Accepting Saturday to Saturday bookings from Memorial Day to Labor Day; no less than 3 day bookings otherwise.

INCLUDED: WIFI, Smart TVs, Standup PACMAN Arcade (12 games included like Galaga and Digdug), Regulation Foosball Table, Chess and other board games, two washers and dryers (located 3rd floor and downstairs), professional cleaning, fully stocked kitchen, starter paper goods, shampoo, soap and house linens (including all bedding + bath and beach towels). Linens are provided with all weekly rentals.

#1 Upstairs Master: King Bed with private full bathroom, 52" Smart TV. (2 King size Pillows)

Great House, Great Location, Great Host

Three generations celebrated Easter at this wonderful house. Beach was very close - easy walk back to house if you forgot something. Host provided wagon, plenty of chairs and other beach paraphernalia. Town, filled with great restaurants and shops, just a hop skip and a jump away.

Best location in town. Great for groups

This was a spacious and clean home that had everything needed to enjoy a long weekend at the beach. The hosts were particularly friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back.

We stayed at this beach house with our family to celebrate my son's graduation, and it was absolutely perfect! The home was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. It’s ideal for large families or groups.The location was fantastic—close to the beach and local attractions, yet peaceful and quiet. Parking was easy, even with multiple vehicles, which was a big plus.We had a wonderful stay and made some amazing memories here. I’d definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great spot at the beach!

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay. And the location was perfect. The house is in good shape and worked well for our family. I thought it might be a little loud and the street might be a little busy but it was actually quite peaceful.

Beautiful Large house !

This house is very comfortable , lots of windows And huge porch to gather with family. Plus back yard BBQing & seating. Don’t look any further it’s just steps from the beach and So much fun. Close to everything, so you can walk everywhere.

We enjoyed our stay here! Awesome location. Only negative was neighbors sensitive to noise any time of day. Had an issue with the air which they addressed immediately. Perfect house to sleep large crowds. Would rent again

Perfect relaxing getaway

Our family loved our stay at this house. The house was the perfect distance from the beach for kids, only a very short walk. Kid friendly beds and areas. Our three families fit comfortably with extra space and beds leftover. Nice neighborhood, relaxing area and clean beach. Owner was wonderful to work with, very responsive. We would definitely stay in this house again!

Our Happy Place

This property could not have been better! The short walk to the beach, a short walk to the center of town for shopping, restaurants, boating, rental facilities . . . and a whole lot more. It was clear that this property was recently renovated and very well maintained. Kristi was very responsive and extremely friendly.

The house was incredible! Beautifully renovated! Everything you need. Steps from the beach. Short walk to restaurants. Great outdoor space, with outdoor TV and access to a bathroom and a refrigerator w/o entering the house.

Great House and Location!

We used this place as a our homebase for a race with multiple friends from all over the United States. The rooms were great and the common areas were perfect sized for a larger house (we've had issues in the past with a small living room for so many rooms!). We walked to restaurants often and to the start of the race. We will definitely book again!

Place for everyone

We had a group of 10 (8 adults, 2 teens) and this house was the perfect fit. Just minutes to the beach, stocked with beach chairs and boogie boards, and plenty of spots indoors and outside for everyone to hang out together, or find a quiet spot to relax alone whenever anyone wanted some down time. The kitchen and dining area were great for group meals. The house was spotless, newly renovated, and the owner was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. I'd definitely stay again!

Paradise

The location could not have been better. We were so close to the beach as well as the center of town. We loved being able to walk to the bars and shops. We had a large group and still had more than enough room. We especially loved the front porch and backyard where we had peaceful meals. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Fit!!

Hosts thoughtfully appointed this amazing house! We appreciated the comfort, cleanliness, flexible floor plan, and location! From senior parents, to 3 adult children, to 2 grandchildren (freshman in HS, college freshman), and several of their friends were in and out! Suited us to a "T"! Now a favorite for the entire family!! We will return!!!! Thank you dear hosts and Happy New Year!

amazing!

This property was unbelievable! Fantastic location to restaurants and shops. We used every bit of the space of the house including the incredible backyard living area. Tons of chairs, umbrellas and towels for the BEACH! Kitchen was well equipped and had everything you can imagine. Our stay at this property went way too fast. We are looking forward to renting again next year! AMAZING!!!

Beautiful House

We loved our stay in this gorgeous WB beach house:) Living room, kitchen, eating area and all bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable:) We loved hearing the waves from the beautiful, huge front porch. Loved looking at the amazing outdoor space in the backyard, but we were too busy to enjoy it this time. Our family, and extended family, all loved your home:) We will definitely be staying here again:)
