Would book again for the next AAU Jr. Olympics held in Houston, Texas

The check-in process was very smooth. The place was very easy to find and accommodated my family of 7. Great location, too! The distance to the mall, the AAU Junior Olympics held at the Cypress Fairbanks Natatorium, and vast choices of restaurants is within our driving range and time friendly. I'd say it's more than perfect for my kids that needed their rest after competition. As for the kitchen, it had what we needed: a stove, a microwave, clean dishes and cooking ware, a big fridge and there's the washer/dryer in the same room at the opposite wall which is a lifesaver for me. The host had excellent communication and answered any questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend this feel at home and comfortable place.

Great for a vacation

We had no issues with staying at this beautiful apartment, it was clean and big enough for a family of 6. Property manager checked in to make sure everything was okay and to see if we had any issues which was great! I would recommend this place for a family on vacation.

Perfect apartment

Stayed for two nights after having a bad experience with a hotel. It was the perfect apartment for my family and I. Excellent size, super clean, 2 bathrooms and 4 beds. Daniel was quick to reply. Excellent stay, thank you!

Junior Olympics stay

My family stayed at this property because my daughter was participating in the junior Olympics in Humble. The location/neighborhood was nice and mostly quiet. My only complaint was its the downstairs apartment so you can hear every move the upstairs make. We were unable to enter via the lock code but the owner quickly provided an alternative via an actual key in the lockbox. Be aware that this key is hard to use and had to be wiggled to open. The overall stay was acceptable. There are a few things that were not great. The main thing is there are no tvs in any room except the livingroom, yet there isn't enough seating in the there to accommodate the number of guests the house holds. Same thing was for bath towels. There were 5 of us but only 3 bath towels. I had to go buy some. There also wasn't a can opener and the pantry was locked. The overall stay was acceptable just wanted to point out these things so future guest can be prepared if their group size is large.
