We had some issues, but they were dealt with swiftly. The unit is lovely and the view is beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hosts were great to work with. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay.

Good location to our family that we were visiting in Irvine. Host was accommodating of the several queries we had in the run to booking the apartment. The property was as described, it was clean and cosy. We would have appreciate blackout curtains to keep the light out but nothing eye mask couldn’t help with.We will recommend the apartment to others.

Perfect and all class!

A great location, a great space and very well stocked (had all essentials) and managed. We stayed two nights for a staycation and it was exactly what we needed. Jimmy was great and helpful. The space was comfortable and was immaculate. It's exactly as advertised. Just pay attention to the detailed instructions. They were super helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

This 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment is close to SNA (Airport) and the South Coast Plaza Mall. The apartment is a big open space (kitchen and family room) with a big balcony that has a beautiful view. The only challenge is navigating the property. You need a fob (key) to get anywhere on the property but it is very safe. We would stay here again.

Amazing hosts stunning property

Jimmy and Julie have a jewel in this condo. Safe, secure and decorated to a tee! Communication was amazing and the condo is beautiful and comfortable. Jimmy and Julie went over the top providing a gorgeous balloon bouquet for my little girl here to celebrate an early birthday! You guys are so appreciated! We enjoyed our stay. It was an excellent location for us. Nice and quiet. The one and only thing that we experienced and needs to be improved is the lighting. Very poor lighting in every area of the condo.

Really Great Place

This is a really great apartment that is was perfect for our stay. The owners are really responsive and care about your experience. And there is a restaurant that is a 2 minute walk from the building that has fantastic Yakitori.

Chapman University visit

This property is close to the beach, the university, and everything else we wanted to do. It was clean and the beds were super comfortable! Jimmy was very responsive and helpful. We would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional Place

My family & I were extremely pleased with this rental. The owners were great, & responded immediately when any questions came up. The place was very clean & spacious. Gorgeous views from the balcony. We all felt safe with top notch security. We’ll definitely stay there again on next visit.

Great central location

This property was exactly as described in the listing. We were there to tour a variety of colleges, and the property was very centrally located. In addition, we made a trip to Disneyland. We popped down to Huntington, Balboa and Newport as well - all very easy to get to. The bedrooms both had king beds and beautiful bathrooms. We usually don't use the TVs but we did this time and it was seamless. The communications were great and responsive. I would stay here again.

Overall had a wonderful time at this property. Host was very responsive. Well stocked and furnished with high quality items. Kitchen was well appointed with higher end appliances and tools. Amazing property in Santa Ana

Where do I even begin? This property is top of the line. Very secure, well kept grounds, high quality appliances & furniture all throughout. Convenient underground parking. Clean & well stocked condo with everything you may need while on vacation. Great location, close enough to local attractions while being far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle of it all. Jimmy & Jewels, the property hosts, were phenomenal. They were very responsive to all of our needs & were always willing to try & accommodate us as much as they possibly could. Will definitely be returning here in the future.

This Best VRBO Ever

5 STAR! The property was gorgeous just like the pictures. All amenities of home & hotel were in place. TVs in both bedrooms & living room. The parking for two cars, great pool, putting green with clubs & balls in the unit & gym were just bonus points for a remarkable stay. It is located in a very quiet office park setting where we could do daily walks in peace & safety. The hosts were attentive, accommodating & all around awesome. Book this place if it is available & you will not be disappointed!

Hello we are the Gonzales family. Jimmy, Julia and our three little ones.


Jimmy has been serving the local community as a Firefighter Paramedic, and Julia is Makeup Artist working in the fashion, bridal and entertainment industry. Together we share a passion for helping others and the art of bringing people together.


Born and raised in Southern California, we both have always enjoyed visiting the desert area with loved ones. Some of our fondest memories growing up include exploring new hiking trails, stargazing and hanging out in the jacuzzi with friends.

After falling in love we wanted a way to inspire others to take the trip and live in the moment. When we walked the property at sunset, we knew that this was it. Each detail at Joshua Sunrise has been chosen to provide a luxurious, and comfortable stay.

Our home is well stocked with high end appliances and amenities for easy use and quality performance. Let's put it this way, once you're there you won't want to leave. Relaxation, guaranteed.
