Welcome to the Cozy Casita! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in NE Albuquerque. Close to local breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, and hubs for Balloon Fiesta.

Amenities include fabulous outdoor fire pit and bbq grill. Kick back on the outdoor patio seating or enjoy your favorite show on our 60” flat screen TV, or pick a board game. Pack ‘n Play available for infants. Washer and dryer available to all guests!

Please strip your bed and place linens on the floor in each respective room for washing. Please place all dishes in the dishwasher.
During hot seasons we keep the evaporative system on “High Cool”. During winter months, it is swapped to our furnace to keep the house warm.
Ensure no food items are left on the counters or in the cupboards (We don’t want to attract pesky ants!)

Great location, easy to get to balloon fest, tramway. A comfy space that we enjoyed lounging in! We had a great time.

Comfortable but needs some repairs

Hello. The house seems like it was set up great about a year ago with quality bedding, linens, couch and decorations. Since then it seems it hasn’t been maintained with a broken lamp, moving toilet and more. It needs a full maintenance again and it would be good with attention to access to charging plugs. The neighbors dog barked a lot but it didn’t bother me too much though I can see it being an issue for others.

My Stay

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The location was really close to the park and ride for the Annual Hot Air balloon festival. A lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Our host was really good and responsive when we had questions. I would stay here again!

Balloon Fiesta Getaway

The house was a perfect place to stay while attending the balloon fiesta. It’s clean and beautifully decorated and an easy Uber ride to the fiesta. The owner was great… responding to questions almost immediately. Highly recommend!

Comfortable, easy check in and out

House was like the picture,,area was decent. Couldn’t use the backyard due to bees and yard had too many weeds sadly this was what attracted me to the property. Otherwise it was a great place !
