The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer. Guests are provided with towels, slippers and hygiene items.
A double bed with a comfortable mattress, high-quality bed linen, air conditioner and Smart TV are at guests' disposal.

Parking is organized especially for auto travelers.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.

This apartment is very modern, comfortable, clean, and well taken care of. The location is great. It's only two blocks from the main square and it's right in the middle of an area with some of the best restaurants in Yerevan, lots of nearby cafes, etc. The area is very active and lively during the day and especially at night. Everything else in the city is walking distance. It was perfect for my 2-week stay. There's also a laundry room on the same floor that's only shared by a few apartments. Proactive and helpful communication from the host so everything went smoothy and was super easy.
