New apartment, built 2022, right next to food, shopping and most of all the beautiful beaches of Punta Cana! This unit is a 2 bedroom with 2 full bathroom and your very own, private, outdoor pool! Each bedroom has queen sized beds, TVs, and a sleeper sofa. The outdoor space is quite stunning with access from the bedroom and your own private pool. Full kitchen, stove, refrigerator and more. Enjoy a rooftop infinity pool with great views as well! Just a short walk to the ocean.

Initially we had a hiccup, communication was difficult but once the issue was recognized the host did rectified most of the issues very quickly, the Piccuzi was amazing once properly cleaned, the main pool was great. close to stores and beach, with that comes the noise at night, the apartment is very nice, as per places in the south the salt and air from the Ocean does wreck metal so it rusts quite fast but it is part of having a place so close to the Ocean.Felt pretty safe, security on site. building is kept very clean.Thank you for hosting us.

The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take a reading of the electric meter at the time of check-in and at the check-out and then calculate the energy cost based on consumption. If you use the A/C only at night, the costs should be approximately as follows:

• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.
• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.
• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.

✸✸Airport Pick-up and Drop-off✸✸
We can provide a complimentary FREE airport pick-up service to guests staying at this property (up to 4 guests). This service must be booked at least 48 hours prior to arrival and is available until 7:00pm local time. We can also provide airport drop-off services as well (up to 4 guests) with an addition charge of $30 for the drop-off.

✸✸Private Cooking and Cleaning Service✸✸
