Enjoy this luxurious, stunning new modern coastal 4BR/ 3.5 Bathroom townhome located at the Peninsula. Every room of the home is styled and brimming with comfort, creating nothing but a perfect backdrop for your family vacation! LINENS PROVIDED FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE!

The Peninsula is located on over 800 acres of land surrounded by the Indian River Bay.

The Space:
The Peninsula is a lovely, private, gated waterfront community offering world-class amenities including a championship golf experience, a full-service spa, indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, an outdoor wave pool, a professionally designed tennis (4 Premier & 2 Har-Tru courts) & pickle ball venue (6 courts), lighted basketball courts, large kids game room, the Terrace Grille, 33,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and more! A state of the art fitness center is also available. Guests will have access to the world-renowned private Jack Nicklaus golf course ranked as a top course in Delaware (extra fee applies). There are also water sports on the bay through paddle board and kayak rentals.



Inside, you will find sun-filled living spaces, a fresh & fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs that you can login to your accounts and stream your favorite shows from, read a book in our sunroom.

The place is fully updated, with all of the comforts of home. Kick back & relax! Nestled within the Peninsula--enjoy a resort vacation, full of amenities for kids and adults. The house offers a breath of fresh air and is a true home away from home.

FOUR bedrooms and a loft can be found in this cozy home. All provide you with the high-level comfort and convenience needed to relax and rest after an exciting day of exploring.

There is plenty of parking space, our garage is available at your convenience, our driveway can fit up to 2 cars easily as well. 3 car maximum. No street parking is allowed.

We are committed to providing great service to this property! We put a lot of time, effort, and love into this home. We personally work very hard to ensure the home is perfectly clean and exceptional for each and every single one of our guests.

**** Please note to access the Peninsula amenities, renters will need to purchase guest passes directly through the Peninsula at the desk at the Athletic Club at an additional fee. They are not included in the quoted rental rates.

AMENITIES MENU AND PRICING

Guests will have optional access to the world-renowned private Jack Nicklaus golf course on property. This home’s location is just a short walk to the club house and pools (a map will be provided after booking). There is also easy access to the nature trails, fishing pier, private beach, Lakeside Village Center featuring tennis/pickle-ball courts, wave pool, spa, outdoor adult pool, new outdoor family pool, terrace grill, Olympic-sized indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, beautiful gym and yoga studio, lighted basketball courts, and large kids game room and nature center. Water sports on the bay through paddle-board and kayak rentals are also available.

- These fees exclude golf fees. Tennis and pickle-ball courts must be reserved prior to use with a $10 charge for in season and $5 for off season. This will allow 90 to 120 minutes of court time. Max 2 reservations per day. During the in-season, the fitness and pool facilities are closed to renters on Saturdays.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
--The Peninsula requires submission of the Gatehouse Registration Form 10 days prior to rental start. Please let us know if your booking window has passed to check if we are able to accommodate.
--This property DOES NOT ALLOW PETS.
--The Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 3 cars.
--7 night minimum June, July and August (in season) - 3 night minimum in the off-season

This home offers the best of all worlds: 5 star amenities, pools, golf, a short drive to the shopping outlets, local beaches (Rehoboth, Dewey and Bethany) and Jungle Jim's Water park.

The home is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:
From the moment you arrive at the community, you’ll be impressed. The 24/7 gated entryway, winding streets and lush landscaping greet you at the entrance of the community. While you don’t have to leave, when you decide to venture outside this resort community, you’ll be just a mile off Route 24 — close to great beaches, local restaurants, and everyday shopping needs. Nearby Harris Teeter, Giant and other daily conveniences offer everything you need without going far. Plus, Tanger Outlets are just a few minutes further!


Coastal Delaware offers a relaxed environment that is close to the action of the East Coast’s major metropolitan regions, while providing a vibrant culture and active lifestyle all its own.

Getting Around:
At The Peninsula, walkability is real! A 5-minute walk puts you on the private beach (outdoor wave pool) , in the indoor pool, on the golf course or in our amazing clubhouse. The indoor pool and fitness center will keep homeowners in shape year-round. You can also enjoy fishing, kayaking, crabbing, and bird-watching right inside this 24 hour-gated community.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

-Disclaimer of LIABILITY: The property is privately owned and neither the owners nor we, the management company, accept any responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused.

- Primary renter MUST be at least 25 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

*Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 8:00am.

STARTER SUPPLIES : This is a self-served unit and we recommend all guests to purchase daily necessities prior to their arrival. We provide the starter pack of toiletries. If any initial supplies (coffee, trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, etc.) that have been provided are used up, you will need to purchase your own for your use.


PARKING : Guest park vehicles at their own risk and must abide by all community, city, county and state parking rules and laws. The community does not allow street parking and will tow cars. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. Please note only two cars can park in the drive. Additional parking is allowed at the clubhouse NOTE: the 3 car maximum still applies even if parking at the clubhouse.

GARAGE:
The garage is manual operation only, it is fairly light and easy to operate. Thank you

The property has an external camera at the exterior of the home. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the case of a break-in, death, injury, or in the rare stay where house rules are broken, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund.

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.

Great, luxurious stay

This townhouse was perfect for our family! It had a nice first floor bedroom for my in-laws, which was perfect for my father-in-law, who has terrible climbing stairs. The whole place was exceptionally clean. It has a wonderful pool area, with a splash pad, obstacle course and wave pool, which our kids loved. It was in a very walkable neighborhood. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful townhouse

We rented this townhouse for out-of-town guests who were staying for a long weekend. The place was beautifully decorated and had plenty of privacy for one couple and two single women. They were all able to have their own bathrooms and sleep in adult-sized beds. The process for check in and checkout was easy and the communication from the host was very timely. Only suggestion is that they invest in a Keurig coffee maker.

We really enjoyed our stay. A beautiful property with great amenities. Easy check in and check out! So clean and plenty of room for our whole family. Loved the pool, golf and the pier!

Excellent and Easy!

Great Stay!!! It was so easy and convenient. We’ve been staying at Peninsula for 6 years and from the entrance staff to the pool people to the residents they are all welcoming and pleasant. Our rental unit was extremely clean and set up for our arrival. I had great communication with the hosts and would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking to stay at Peninsula. Thanks again and look forward to being back again next time!

Peninsula weekend -March 2023

Unit was crystal clean and spacious. Mgmt communcation excellent in week leading up to rental. Only very minor issues upon arrival; Wi-Fi password was incorrect - freezer seal bad. Both corrected ASAP. Comfortable accommodations but view is lacking. New construction across the street. Amenities look to be outstanding in season. Food and service at Clubhouse were quite good. Recommended.
