This beautiful, open concept, fully furnished home is just footsteps to Sunset Lake, harbor, beaches, entertainment, restaurants, and shops of the popular town of Oak Bluffs. 3 bedrooms (King, Queen and Full), 2 baths, all on first floor, the loft has 3 couches and large flat screen TV. The 3-season sunroom with TV and seating for 4 adds to the joy of the feeling of being outdoors. This perfectly landscaped home is located on a quiet, tree lined street, with plenty of off-street parking and large yard with fire pit. The kitchen is equipped with everything one could want or need: Coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, pots and pans, place settings and utensils for 10, dining room with seating for 6, plus extension for added company. Washer/drier, linens and towels provided. Make our home yours, with FLEXABLE scheduling to ease the hassle of getting a boat with your car! Boat tickets may be available from owner!! No pets, no smoking.

Great stay at this wonderful home in Oak Bluffs! It is located in walking distance from many of the shops and restaurants on Circuit Ave and surrounding areas, and the home itself is gorgeous and very comfortable. The hosts are great!

Great house in a great location a short bike ride or walk from Oak Bluffs center. Beautifully furnished and decorated. And the host went the extra mile in many ways.

Our family of 5 had a fabulous time here and it definitely felt like home away from home. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, games, and space for us all to be together or spread around the house (my teenage son loved the loft). Also centrally located walking distance from downtown OB. Also the host Chris, is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful, comfortable home and enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well as indoor. The house was immaculate and Chris was a super helpful host. The location is perfect- lovely and quiet but just a short walk to the center of Oak Bluffs. The perfect base for our visit to one of our favorite places.

Fantastic location!

Great location. Close to the Oak Bluffs water and business districts but far enough away to have privacy. Nice, modern home with all amenities. Great host communication, super responsive.

Fabulous Vineyard Family Vacation

All I can say is that the home is beautiful inside and out. It was beyond our expectations and perfect for our large family. The location is excellent with a short walk to the beaches, and the town. Chris is a great host and made sure that we had everything we needed.

Fantastic girls weekend!

We stayed at Chris & Al’s home for our annual MV girls weekend and it was simply fantastic. The layout was perfect for what we needed. Chris and Al were so accommodating and friendly, we hope to come back next summer!

We loved everything about this property! It was very clean. It has absolutely everything we needed. The host was very friendly and happy to answer all our questions. I would highly recommend this house for a vacation in Martha’s Vineyard.

Felt Like a Home Away from Home!

Felt Like Home

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. It was a perfect location and experience for our family. The host, Chris, was kind, responsive and accommodating. When we experienced technical difficulties getting into the house upon arrival, Chris jumped in to action immediately. Home Away from Home!

Staying at this home was absolutely awesome! We have been coming to MV on and off for many years, so we are very familiar with the island and the things we like to do, while there. Chris's home is centrally located, so you are about a 10 minute walk from Circuit Ave where all the shops and restaurants are, and close to Inkwell Beach. The home itself, is lovely and had everything necessary for a perfect vacation. The decor is tastefully done, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well-appointed and the perfect gathering space for coffee in the mornings, or family dinners in the evenings. There is also a fire pit in the backyard, which is fun to gather around in the evening. The house is clean and very well organized. You honestly, feel as if you are in your own home. It's very warm and inviting. The screened-in porch is lovely to spend evenings, watching a movie, playing board games or just sitting around having a good time. I can't wait to return next summer!

Great set up for our girls trip! Plenty of space and the layout was perfect. The outdoor seating areas and the outdoor shower were amazing. Would highly recommend. Location was very convenient, could easily walk to shops and restaurants.

My family had an amazing time at this home! We’ve been going to the Vineyard for the past years, but this year we needed more space. And we absolutely made the right pick. Chris makes sure that you have all the comforts of home, plus more. Everything is in place for cooking meals, doing laundry, entertainment and R&R. It’s so close to the heart of OB, yet it’s a private oasis. My kids particularly enjoyed the hammock out back. The entire property is amazing, would definitely book again!

Christine and Al are wonderful hosts. We had such an incredible time at their beautiful home and would definitely return. The home is so convenient to the town for dinner, shopping etc and also a short walk from the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Such a wonderful, comfortable stay. My friends and I loved the backyard, outdoor shower, and screen porch. Chris was so communicative and helpful. Great central location while still being private. I would definitely stay here again!
