As you approach, the classic exterior design and spacious deck will take your breath away, inviting you to bask in the fresh mountain air and soak in the breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. But the real showstopper? Outside, a private hot tub awaits, offering the perfect spot to unwind.

Step inside to be transported to a world of comfort and style. The open plan living and dining area will entice you to lounge, entertain, and socialize, with a fully equipped kitchen that will inspire you to cook up a storm. The dining table seats ten, making it the perfect spot for large family dinners.

With three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, our home can accommodate up to ten guests in luxurious comfort. The master bedroom is a true oasis, with a comfortable king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also boasts a king-size bed, while the third offers a queen-size bed and twin loft bed, both with access to a shared hallway bathroom. For even more sleeping arrangements, the office includes a sleeper sofa, and the main living area huge couch 55" inches deep! Each of the bedrooms feature large windows that let in plenty of natural light and stylish décor, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.

Located in the heart of Pioneer, California, our home is just a short drive from many popular attractions in the area, including the nearby Sierra National Forest with its miles of hiking and biking trails, fishing, camping, and picnicking opportunities. What an incredible weekend! We were able to ski one day at Kirkwood, explore a cave, wine taste, and visit Amador City. The local brewery was also nice to have nearby. This home is equally suited for just staying in, cooking, and enjoying the media room, hot tub, and yard. Communication was easy and the home was spotless. Wifi worked for remote work. 10/10 would recommend for a relaxing weekend with friends and family!

Perfect Get Away

My family and I enjoyed our lovely stay at this amazing home. The surrounding area is peaceful, and the back yard offered a beautiful view of lush forests (and every star in the sky!) We of course enjoyed the accessible and well-maintained amenities: hot tub, fire pit, grill, outdoor lounging, board games, huge TV. Rooms are cozy and delightfully furnished. Our hosts were very accommodating and communication was responsive and proactive. Thank you for the warm welcome, we hope to visit again!

Oh my gosh, what a wonderful place to stay! The beds were very comfy and you did not want to get off the super deep couch! The TV was so huge, my husband now wants one, it was like being in a theater. The hot tub was fabulous, especially after a long day of exploring and hiking. My husband is a kitchen fanatic and this place definitely had all the amenities he could hope for. The house and kitchen were well stocked and we didn’t need anything but fresh food. The house was very clean and the decks were a great place to gather. The few times we reached out to Kate, our host, she was very quick to respond.We absolutely loved the fence yard and wished we had brought our dogs, it gave us an added sense of security. The central AC made it so comfortable in the heat of the day and night as we arrived during the heat wave. There was always a place to get out if the sun if you wanted to hang outside, which was fabulous as I’m an avid nature lover. All in all, this was the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at and we’ve stayed at plenty over the years. We even BBQd in the Weber grill and it was in great condition. We will be back, hopefully in the spring. You cannot go wrong with this rental, it checks all the boxes for a worry free vacation!

Family Gathering

This property and the hosts, Kate and Chad, were just amazing. Great communication about the property prior and during. The Hot tub and play area was great to keep the kids entertained, and the kitchen was fully stocked for easy family style meals. By far one of the best bnb's that I have booked and the most important is that this home was very beautiful and comfortable inside and out.

Great family friendly spot in the upcountry

Our whole multigenerational family (ages 5 to 82) very much enjoyed staying at the home. It is large, private, and has plenty of family-friendly features, including a large lawn for games, a great playground, and even gates on the stairs and oven (for nosy little ones). It is close-ish to a very good grocery store and has one of the best-stocked STR kitchens I've ever stayed in. Thanks for making our Thanksgiving wonderful.

It is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle. The neighbors are quiet, the views are amazing, and the house has everything you need for your stay. We were two families,10 people together, and there was plenty of room. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the bunk room as well as the outdoor play space, and everyone loved the hot tub. Chad was prompt with communication and checked in each day.

Wonderful house and yard!

We had such a good time spending a weekend with Family and Friends. The house is lovely with plenty of space and everything one might need. The yard is very big and fenced, which was awesome for our dog who enjoyed the space very much. The kids spent so much time playing on the playground, and loved discovering the garden fairy in the tub. Can't recommend more!

Amazing home

Such a wonderful stay. Just for a couple of days durning the week for a funeral service but to come back and relax at this property was a blessing. Looking forward to coming back for a wine trip. Also an important note that the area lost power during our stay and the property had a generator so we weren’t affected at all.

A Perfect Staycation for a Birthday Party

We brought up 7 adults from the Sacramento to enjoy a relaxing birthday party. We loved the space that allowed us to hang out all together. It was gorgeous views and so comfortable. The highlight for us was the well labeled kitchen that made it so easy to cook and clean so that we could enjoy large family dinners. 100% would recommend.

Lovely getaway.

I had an unforgettable experience staying here. From the spacious deck and breathtaking views to the stylish décor and luxurious furnishings, every detail was impeccable. The private hot tub was definitely a highlight and the perfect way to unwind. I highly recommend booking a stay at this property for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. There are so many cool attractions around. We especially enjoyed the cace, Black Chadam. Katia’s guide was super helpful enjoyed the house and the the whole area. Volcano city is so cute.

A wonderful getaway!

We had a delightful time here! My family of 4 and our friends (another family of 4) had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. The house was gorgeous, fresh and clean with everything you can imagine to enhance a stay. We cooked, relaxed, and used the hot tub a few times. The setting and view was beautiful. The 4 kids had a blast running around outside, playing on the play structure, and playing games in the bunk room! Our host’s communication was excellent and they helped us have truly the best relaxing long weekend. We enjoyed the deck, bbq, and exploring the nearby caverns at Black Chasm, as well as an afternoon in nearby Sutter Creek. Most of all, we enjoyed the peace of just relaxing at the house. Thank you! We’ll be back!

Mountain Gem For Family Get Together

We have friends from college, with whom we used hang out all the time. Now that we both have small families, us a three year old and them a 6 month old, we need a house that will be comfortable for all of us. This house was perfect. It had a playground for our 3 year old. A work space for our friends. Lots of family friendly amenities. We all remarked on how comfortable the beds were, and how cozy the house was. It just felt easy to hang out and feel relaxed. The hot tub with the stars at night was just icing on the cake. Close enough to wine country (35 minutes), lots of things to do nearby (Black Chasm and Mt Zion), and generous grounds made this an ideal small family get together. We are already talking about next year.

Beautiful house in the snow

Great stay, had a small issue with the front gate not opening after entering the code. Messaged the property owner and they responded quickly. Instructions for the front gate were not included in the welcome info packet. On our third night, the water heater stopped working. After I reset the breaker the hot water came back. Happened one more time the next morning. Besides those two little hiccups we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

I was born in Belarus and made my way to the US in 2003, and have been helping my lovely clients find their dream homes here ever since 2006. I absolutely love my job and the relationships I've built with my clients over the years.

When I'm not working, you can find me traveling the world with my husband, who is also from Belarus. We love discovering new places and cultures, and are huge fans of rock music. We probably go to 6-10 rock concerts a year!

As a wine enthusiast and collector, I'm also well-versed in the best wineries in Amador County. If you're a fan of fine wines, I'd love to share some of my knowledge and recommendations with you.
