Guest Access:

• Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.



Parking Information:

• The driveway can accommodate 5–6 cars with proper arrangement.

• Street and sidewalk parking is strictly prohibited and may result in your vehicle being towed.



Overflow & Overnight Parking:

• Additional parking is available at the clubhouse area on a first-come, first-served basis (look for the red flags).

• If you need overnight parking, use the designated area near the lake, located by the entrance of the security gate, directly across the street from 3890 Sonoma (at the Sonoma Resort B-pass area).



• Guests have full access to the Sonoma Resort clubhouse, which offers a large resort-style swimming pool with a hot tub and poolside loungers, a fitness center, a children’s playground, and scenic walking and jogging trails.



The Neighborhood:

Sonoma Resort in Orlando, Florida is located next to The Loop, a shopping and entertainment hub. It’s only minutes away from Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld, championship golf courses, upscale brand outlets, and malls.



Nearby attractions include the Camping World Stadium, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Amway Center, Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, CFE Arena, Mennello Museum of American Art, Festival Park, Bob Carr Theatre, Cranes Roost Park, Lake Louisa State Park, Orlando City Stadium, Audubon Park Garden District, Orlando Watersports Complex, Formosa Gardens Event Center, Gaston Edwards Park, Lakeridge Winery, and The Florida Mall.

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Some areas of the home, including the living room and staircase, show carpet wear and tear. Our team is aware and actively working on updates and improvements.

• The property may appear slightly different from photos due to natural changes and ongoing improvements.

• The ice maker is currently unavailable.

• Pool service is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. This is a brief visit to maintain the pool, and technicians will only access the pool area. Thank you for your understanding.

House Rules (Sonoma Resort Policies):

• Check-in is only allowed at scheduled time once the home is ready. Early entry and amenity use before check-in is not permitted.

• Guests must vacate the property on the scheduled check-out day.

• No parties or events allowed—violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

• No smoking inside or outside the property—violation fee: $150 or full deposit forfeiture.

• Late check-out will incur a $150 per hour fee.

• No pets allowed (service animals only). Any evidence of pets may result in fines and/or deposit loss.

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited.

• Violations of house rules may result in additional charges or immediate removal without refund.
